We had a wonderful experience for our first time at the Viceroy. The hotel is absolutely amazing. We stayed at Ritz Zadun last year and this was shockingly better e.g. food, service, friendliness of the staff, access to ocean. The apartment was excellent. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. The view from the apartment was amazing and among the best in the hotel we suspect. We had the run off all the hotel services despite being in a VRBO which was all seamless. The one unusual dynamic was the bedroom, living and kitchen are all one ‘great room’ and the kids bedroom separated by a hall way sliding door. While it was unusual, it ended up being no big deal for us. In summary, this apartment was an incredible value and we would certainly stay in this specific apartment again.

The apartment is beautifully designed, nicely appointed, and very clean.
The beach and the hotel pools are lovely, the staff throughout the hotel are very kind, and my kids loved the Kids Club.
Alberto was very responsive and courteous and fixed a couple of issues right away. We hope to go back soon!

we have stayed in both the hotel itself and this time rented the residence. we'll be back to the viceroy, but probably will go back to the hotel where we get nightly turn down service, fresh linens dailly, etc. the owner was very nice however. also strange was that they had a camera in the living room; we covered it up with a towel; not sure why that was the case.
