Penthouse Karina Los Arqueros

The penthouse is situated in a very nice area. It’s an ideal location for discovering the area. We have visited Sevilla, Ronda, Malaga, Gibraltar and Tarifa. Everything to make our stay pleasant was available in the penthouse. On the roof-top we have had several nice BBQ evenings enjoying the local food and fresh fish. Karen & Javier are very nice hosts who gives you all the advises to make it a comfortable stay, great people. You can use 2 swimming poules and you can park your in the garage and with an elevator you are direct in front of your door.

What an amazing stay - the entire process from booking, finding the apartment, arriving, staying and departing was absolutely flawless. Karen and Javier went above and beyond from the moment we arrived; during our stay they were always contactable with friendly advice and information on the local area if needed and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed (including a welcome pack with some thoughtful essentials for when we arrived), and the location was fantastic for our family holiday. There are two swimming pools and during our stay in August we had almost exclusive use of both of them. A car is probably essential to stay here so you can get around, but if you have that there are some amazing restaurants in the local area, and the local golf clubhouse has great food and entertainment.

No issues, everything was provided for us and we had no issues whatsoever.

Superb stay in a fantastic apartment, everything was perfect, Karen was an amazing host, she kept in touch and was always on hand for any bits of advice, weather tips and news reports. On arrival there was a large welcome pack which was greatly appreciated, wine, beer, water, coffee pods, cheese, jams and lots more. The apartment was beautiful, exactly as described decorated to a high standard with a full range of towels provided including beach towels. Very spacious plenty of room for 6 people we loved the outdoor seating area which overlooked the golf course and the large roof top solarium, loads of further seating and dinning, sun beds and a BBQ - we spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace, oustanding. Two fabulous swimming pools, the large pool had a separate small pool for toddlers with life guards, complimentary sun beds, toilets and shower facilities. Underground parking and lift up to the apartment made it easy with shopping, we mixed between the beach, pool days and day trips. Ideally located for fast connections, AP7 toll road is only minutes away, perfect for Rhonda, Gibraltar and windsurfing or kite surfing in Tarifa, avoiding the congestion and noise of the city centre. A good selection of restaurants nearby 2 minutes by taxi, the club house on the complex is open for all day eating, they also have a beauty salon and tennis courts on-site. Puerto Banus a short taxi 8 mins away, Marbella 15 mins max. Taxis collect from the complex so it is very easy, a quick call to the security gate and they arrange the collection. A truly fabulous holiday ,the privacy of a quiet escape in a fabulous apartment yet close enough to grab a taxi to the front, would highly recommend.

Karen's luxurious apartment was fabulous. She was an attentive host and kept in touch throughout our holiday. Welcome pack was very generous and much appreciated. Sparking clean apartment with everything needed for a relaxing holiday was provided. One small exception were towels for the pool.But she did advise on booking that these would not be available. 3 Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and enough space for 6 adults to relax in comfort on the front terrace or the huge amazing roof terrace. Parking space in the underground garage too. Complex has 2 great pools which are easily accessible and plenty of sunbeds available. There is a bar/restaurant in the clubhouse. This was quite an energetic hike from the apartment but taxis are readily available and can be ordered by the gatehouse. Some restaurant and a small supermarket are nearby in the next complex. Apartment is ideally situated for sightseeing in Marbella old town, Puerto Banus, Ronda and Gibraltar. Benahavis and San Pedro have lots of restaurants which are only a taxi ride away
