Tudo estava perfeito, o local é muito fofo e muito bem localizado para quem quer ficar próximo ao lago. O café da manhã é impecável e a cama muito confortável.

Local belíssimo e atendimento incrível.

O atendimento é impecável, desde a recepção ao café da manhã. Escolhemos a suíte 08 com hidromassagem, que é muito bonita, espaçosa e tudo estava muito organizado. A área do café matinal é super agradável assim como o jardim, que é belíssimo. A localização é ótima, já que fica próxima a diversos pontos turísticos, como o Quintandinha. O ponto alto foi a banheira, que é bem espaçosa.

Ha alguns pontos que não foram um grande problema, mas que devem ter atenção: o estacionamento é externo a pousada e não é coberto. Em relação a suite, o ralo do chuveiro não era muito eficaz, já que em pouco tempo de banho, acumulava-se água nessa região. A regulagem da temperatura do chuveiro era bem complicada, ou a água estava muito quente ou muito fria. A banheira de hidromassagem demora relativamente pra encher de água quente. O maior problema pra mim foi a internet. Embora a TV tivesse muitos canais, não conseguimos assistir a absolutamente nada, pois não conseguia rodar. É importante ressaltar que nenhum desses pontos foram levados a equipe. Como fiquei por pouco tempo, não achei relevante a reclamação e como disse, são pontos de atenção. Não atrapalharam a estadia, principalmente no meu caso, que foi por pouco tempo.

Fui bem recebido pela Rosane. O quarto estava bem limpo, tudo direitinho. A área comum da pousada é muito bonita, bem decorada. E o café da manhã foi perfeito, com direito a ovos, omelete, tapioca e etc, tudo feito na hora.

A única coisa que me chamou a atenção negativamente foi o estacionamento ser na área externa, mas como tem câmeras no entorno e o movimento de veículos é razoável, não me senti tão inseguro de deixar o carro estacionado lá.

Fomos recebidas com muita cortesia e simpatia, e o café da manhã é excelente, realmente o ponto alto da estadia. A localização é ótima.

Mas os quartos deixam muito a desejar. Havia umidade e mofo no teto, além de poeira acumulada há bastante tempo nos móveis, especialmente atrás da cabeceira da cama e no lustre. Solicitei troca de quarto, mas fui informada de que não havia outra opção disponível. Tenho rinite alérgica, e essa condição me causou uma crise forte e mal-estar físico durante a hospedagem. Nas demais solicitações, o atendimento foi ágil e cordial, mas a falta de limpeza e manutenção nos quartos é inaceitável.

Um achado na serra!

A pousada é super aconchegante, um cheirinho de perfume desde a entrada até o quarto. A dona da pousada, Rosane, é mto simpática e atenciosa. O quarto estava super limpo, roupa de cama quentinha para aguentar o frio de Petrópolis e a cama bem confortável. O café da manhã bem caprichado com itens fresquinhos e tudo mto saboroso. Gostei do cuidado de colocar uma garrafa com água no frigobar d quarto, poucas pousadas e hotéis fazem isso sem cobrar nada. A atenção aos detalhes é visto em cada cantinho da pousada. Fica a poucos metros do Palácio Quitandinha. Espero voltar em breve.

A localização é ótima. Pertinho da entrada da cidade e do Quitandinha. A proprietária super simpática, ganhamos até um quarto maior porque estávamos em aniversário de casamento. Local silencioso. Café com itens preparados na hora. Ideal para relaxar e passeio romântico. Não posso esquecer de mencionar a limpeza. Super limpo. Super cheiroso. Estadia maravilhosa! Lugar lindo e super aconchegante, com um jardim intimista e muito bem cuidado. Chegamos à noite e fomos recebidos pelo cheiro delicioso das damas da noite no caminho para o nosso quarto, que estavam abertas e lindas! A dona (ou gerente, não lembro o nome dela, desculpe) nos recebeu muito bem, deu várias dicas e foi um amor! Quarto pequeno (optamos pelo mais simples), mas confortável, com sacadinha para o lindo jardim. Café da manhã delicioso. Custo excelente para toda essa qualidade. Amamos!!
