The large 1,700 SQF home features 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 car garage, PRIVATE backyard, RV parking and a beautiful complimentary heated private pool. The entire home went through major renovation & spectacular finishes throughout. This is a great home to entertain family and friends while visiting AZ. Minutes from major freeways... so easy to get to all sporting events and Scottsdale!!

-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

The house is simple and charming, which is great when you have your pups with you. Easy clean up in and out side. The pool was a huge plus! Especially when the temps were higher than normal this year. The host was easy to work with. They responded each and every time we had questions. Nice location for easy access to grocery stores and some shopping.

This is a great property, but there pricing can change in 30 minutes.
I sent family the listing, they all agreed on the price. Because of the system, it went up 149$ per nite in 30 minutes.
It says it sleeps 9. Beware it only sleeps 8. WE called property manager John, 5 times, with no response. So we had to purchase, blow up mattress, sheets, blankets. There were only 6 towels, 2
washrags , for 9 people, for 5 days. After 4 phone calls, to the owner, they delivered towels the last day which was to late.
At $499 per nite, I would expect towels and beds for everyone.
I would not rent from this owner again.
