About this apartment rental
Studio that sleeps up to 4 guests, their is a queen size pillow top mattress, and a double size sofa sleeper. Kitchen is equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware you'll need full size frig with ice maker, toaster, and coffee maker. Curtains that block out 100% of the light, and a 50' flat screen tv, and free wireless internet. The bath has a large walk in shower with plenty of towels, and wash rags. The view is beautiful from your private balcony your facing due east right into the Atlantic ocean, and the beach just a few feet away. You can hear the surf as it washes in. Out side the room their is plenty to do, an Olympic size pool with plenty of lounge chairs, and we've got a heated pool when the weather turns a little cool. On the pool deck their is the tiki bar, and you can get some good burgers. On the weekend theirs a band that plays overlooking the pool. In the lobby their are a lot of games so bring your quarters, and a nice gift shop where you can get your last minute souvenirs. Free large parking lot for our quests.
Disney World is about an hour and a half away.

Excellent location and very nice balcony to relax and view the ocean. The place is a little ran down, hallways smell...but the cheaper price compensates. Security was so-so, but everyone was about their own business. No problem s...we shall return!

What a view! The room and building are dated, but the pools and the ocean view make up for it! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Poor communication with the owner. Had major lighting issues when we arrived. Took the owner oved 24 hours to reapond. No light bulbs in fixture. We went and bought light bulbs so we could see at night. Air conditioner barley worked. Advertised King size bed, the bed was queen size. Won't stay there again.
