About this apartment rental
Condo was fully remodeled in the summer of 2020 complete with beautiful new flooring. Kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and all Stainless Steel appliances.

This unit is in the first building, it’s a bit of a walk to the pool area and beach. The condo itself was clean, beds were comfortable, the screened in patio was nice, washers and dryers on each floor.Condo does not have a beach view but trees block the road view and keep patio cool in the evenings. The complex is well kept, there is on site security at all times. The complex offers beach lounge chairs, and has a company that offers umbrella service as well. No need to pack your own chairs or umbrella umbrellas.Host was responsive and easy to work with

Everything was well run. The unit was as expected (clean and located nicely). Owner and local management were very accomodating. We would strongly recommend for a Siesta Key vacation.

We had the best time and this is a great location. The facility is amazing with private pool, spa and beach access everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The unit was wonderful and a great location for the Siesta Key and Sarasota area. We will definitely be back.
