Leeward 508 is directly on the beach, one of the closest buildings to the water in Panama City Beach.
Leeward and its sister building Windward, both part of Edgewater Beach& Golf Resort, are 6 story mid-rise buildings.
You are a short walk to the heart of the resort, including the Lagoon Pool, Oceans Restaurant, Edgie’s snack bar and gift shop, and many other activities.
Golf, Tennis and Fitness Club are available for a fee.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full service resort on the beach. The resort offers 110 acres of golf, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, spa, fitness center, aerobics room, 11 swimming pools, 4 whirlpool spas and more.
The fitness center has cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. No cost to renters.
Pickleball and basketball are also free to renters.
Water sports include parasailing, banana boat rides, sailboat rides, sailboat rentals, kayak rentals, and jet skis, for an extra fee.

My party of 8 stayed for a girls beach trip and absolutely loved this rental. It is spacious, well kept and the view is amazing! We will definitely book this unit again in the future!

We love Edgewater resort! This was our sixth time renting from a VRBO owner and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. Marla responded to all my questions very quickly. She sent our check-in information and parking passes well in advance of our stay. We stayed for two weeks and had different friends/family with us each week so we requested four parking passes. When we did this in the past, other owners refused to provide more than two even though we specified they wouldn't all be used at the same time. That made it inconvenient to swap passes with the incoming family the second week. I really appreciated that Marla was able to accommodate our request.
As for the condo, it was absolutely beautiful and so perfect. This was our first time renting a three bedroom with the amazing wraparound balcony. We had everything we needed and everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable.
I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Marla was the best host of any condo we have ever stayed at!!! She was so easy to get ahold of. She stopped by for a quick second and we all got to meet her and she was so nice. The condo was amazing! It was clean, spacious, large rooms, balcony was beautiful and we loved all the windows. There was no waiting on an elevator and the beach was never busy. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we will be back again in the future. Thanks so much Marla
