Recently renovated Laterra condo with all the bells and whistles is available for rent. Condo is looking at the pond and forest on top floor of building with elevators.
Master bedroom and bathroom and two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom on the other side. Full kitchen equipped with all tools for cooking and eating. Washing machine and dryer in unit. Amenities include 3 pools, jacuzzi, tennis court and a brand new modern gym in walking distance.
King and Bear golf course is across the street, Slammer and Squire is 3 miles away.
Great schools, quiet community, Florida sunshine most days of the year.
Beach and downtown is 30 minutes away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the condo located at 955 Registry Blvd in Laterra Golf Village, and I wanted to share how truly wonderful my experience was.From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the condo was. Every room was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in keeping the space in pristine condition did not go unnoticed.The accommodations exceeded my expectations in every way. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it feel like a true home away from home. Whether relaxing in the living space or settling in for the night, everything contributed to a sense of ease and comfort.It’s clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a pleasant stay, and it made a lasting impression on me. I would gladly return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Loved the location. Really close to the courses. Surprised there weren’t more dining options, but that has nothing to do with the condo, which was in excellent shape with easy access. I give this 5 stars, but I have 2 suggestions. Replace the futon with an actual bed, and include a couple more towels. 10/10 would definitely stay here again
