Great stay! The place was bigger than I was expecting, very clean, and had everything I needed in the kitchen. The cabin is located close to a few state parks, which was perfect for my needs. Jeff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The lake is very low so you have to drive a few minutes to go see it, but it was still a wonderful stay!

My wife and I stayed here for a four day weekend this past weekend and it was a great place to stay. The little cabin was perfect for the two of us. Super clean and had everything we need. The owner was super nice and showed us where we could go fishing and swimming. We will definitely come back again!

Easy going community setting. Didn't want to pull camper down for one day on the water so we utilized the cabin. Had everything we needed

The cabin was everything I needed within my budget. A/C was turned on in advance and worked well ( in July) , hot water never ran out ( 4 of us showering every evening after playing in the lake) the kayaks and tubes made for excellent fun and the owners even supplied heavy duty off road wagons for the trek to the water. Access to DVDs was helpful after a long day in the sun. Little to no cell service made this a perfect place to connect with my kids. I would love to return again ( even scoped out the other spots)

Cabin was very nice, had all the basics. We brought a camp stove to do any cooking we needed beyond the microwave. Did not use the grill but it was in good condition and clean. Easy access to the lake. Although the lake level was down (due to scheduled release by LCRA; Jeff had let us know several weeks before that it would happen) we still enjoyed fishing and lake access. Located on the north end of the lake which typically gets less boat traffic so it was nice and quiet. Enjoyed it!

Above expectation for the price, owner gave us opportunity to cancel reservations last minute when the dam releases effected the water access, but it was a base camp for us to explore the area and it was perfect. King size bed comfortable and big shower in the Blue Bonnet cabin, it was 100+ and the air conditioners and fans kept it cool. Would not hesitate to book again, and those looking for RV stay should consider as well, easy access and space between sites.

Our weekend was so relaxing here. There were several other guests on the property, but it was a quiet, friendly atmosphere. The owners were welcoming and amazingly accommodating.(Thanks for the Keurig loaner that saved my illiterate life!) The stars and sunrise are breathtaking -- worth the stay just for that!

We loved staying here and being able to soak in the lovely sunset views on the paddle boats! It was great to just get away from the hustle and bustle from the cities! One thing that would’ve been helpful was our unit didn’t have any knifes or scissors, but did have other kitchen utensils like a spatula, coffee maker, wine opener, forks/spoons. Furthermore, the floors were a bit sticky. But overall, we would go back there again! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The first night we were there it seemed to quiet, I but that is what we needed.It was peaceful and quiet and Seeing the night sky full of stars . The sun rising and sunset was Just beautiful .The water was warm , the only thing was the grass was full of sticker patches everywhere, just wear your shoes and you will be fine.
