Fort Myers Beach Short Term Rental # 21-0113.
Fresh, clean and cozy, this recently updated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo/apartment is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. The décor is contemporary beach casual and is perfect for 2 people. This popular second floor unit features a balcony off the living room and a bedroom suite with a Queen bed and a memory foam mattress. The well-equipped kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, a pantry and ample cookware. The bedroom and living area are equipped with Smart TV’s and upgraded StarLink internet/Wi-FI is included. A propane BBQ grill is provided for your use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the shared outdoor grilling area. "Free" unassigned parking, complimentary use of laundry facilities including detergent is also available for our guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are also provided.
For access and for your security you will be assigned a unique 4-digit access code for the digital locks prior to arrival.
Casa Bella is located mid-island on the corner of Avenida Pescadora and Estero Boulevard directly across the street from the beach. Public beach access is a 3-minute walk south on Dakota Ave or community access is diagonally (south) across Estero Blvd. The popular Island Trolly services the length of the island if you prefer not to drive. The Trolley schedule is available online.
Other things to note: It’s a short walk to a Publix grocery store approximately 1/4 mile away. Junkanoo’s and the Fresh Catch restaurants, popular destinations for casual and fine dining are also located on the bay behind Publix.
To get you started we provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, as well as a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, a roll of hand towels, a bottle of liquid dish detergent, dishwasher pods, and scouring pads.
For your safety we recommend footwear be worn at all times while on our property and protective beach shoes are recommended while on the beach and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.

The property was perfect for our stay. It was clean and proximity to the beach was great (2 minute walk tops). We couldn’t have asked for a better host as well! She was very accommodating, attentive, and allowed us to check in early. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to return to this location soon!

My wife and I had not stayed on Fort Myers beach since the hurricane. We thought we would give it a shot. We stumbled onto this beautiful place just across from the beach. I’m afraid to tell you how great it was as it may limit my ability to have the pleasure of returning again next year. Ok….ok… I’ll share with you that this was an amazing experience. Kim the owner was fantastic to work with. The beach was quiet, almost all to ourselves. The condo we selected was perfect for the two of us, however they have options for a bigger group. This will be my go to location each spring. I’ll book soon so I don’t loose the opportunity to come back here!

We had the best time at Casa Bella! We loved the proximity to the beach and the quiet neighborhood (even though it’s on a main road) with access to public trolley. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for a day here or at other beaches in Sanibal or Bonita Springs. We hope to return sometime soon!

Kim responded to any issues very quickly, the property was clean and looked just like listing. The location was a bit far from the main shops and restaurants if you don’t have a car but we Ubered back and forth just fine. Overall very relaxing stay!
