Eu e minha família estivemos no chalé no carnaval deste ano. A Natali foi muito atenciosa e educada comigo desde o primeiro contato pelo whats e tirou todas as minhas dúvidas. O chalé estava limpo, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha, ventiladores no quarto e na sala, a recepção do condomínio sempre muito educados e atenciosos também, a piscina sempre limpa (e olha que fomos em uma época movimentada) quadra, parquinho para as crianças, perto da praia, posto de saúde, tudo ótimo. Voltaremos com certeza!!

Ótimo lugar para temporada de férias, condomínio seguro e bem família, ótima localização perto da Praia de maranduba uma das melhores que já estive... recomendo!!! Obrigado proprietário, com certeza voltaremos em breve rs abraços.

Simplesmente maravilhoso. Não temos do que reclamar desde a locação e contato com a proprietária, até no trato com os funcionários do condomínio. Certamente vamos voltar. Adoramos!

O SR.DANIEL E A SR.LARISSA FORAM MUITO SIMPÁTICOS,FUI COM MINHA ESPOSA E DOIS FILHOS PEQUENOS E NOS ACOMODAMOS BEM,SEMPRE VIAJO PARA UBATUBA E ESSA ACOMODAÇÃO ME AGRADOU MUITO,OS HORÁRIOS DE SILÊNCIO FORAM RESPEITADOS A PISCINA ESTA SEMPRE LIMPA,PARABÉNS AOS PROPRIETÁRIOS.
