Secluded wooded lot on Private Lake includes Pontoon boat

Perfect and Peaceful - What an amazing location to have a family vacation (Ages from 65 thru under 1). The property is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful! I think our favorite two places were on the boat cruising around the beautiful lake and the side covered porch. We even anchored the boat and jumped in, the water was so refreshing! This house had everything we needed, we cooked all our meals here except one dinner when we drove to St. Joseph's. The Master bathroom is AMAZING. I was literally fighting with my daughter-in-law about who was going to use it first (lol). The Downstairs was perfect for our daughter, son-in-law and our under 1 grandson. They had the quiet and privacy they needed and had everything they needed down there.If I had to list one negative it would be the spare room beds weren't the most comfortable (they were okay). When I reached out to ask the owner a questions, he quickly responded.This place is a gem especially for a quiet family vacation or gathering! It was a beautiful house and our family made some wonderful memories here. It had everything we needed and we were content to stare at the lake on the days it rained. Thank you for opening your home so we could create magical memories.

I traveled with my family and our little dog to this fantastic and remote location. (Be sure to use your GPS as you will be turning onto a gravel road to arrive at this house.) There were 5 adults and plenty of room to spread out, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level, and an additional bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The photos are accurate, but we all felt they didn’t fully capture the amount of space in this house! There is a living room on the main level, and a family room downstairs, which allowed for some privacy when needed. There is a covered sitting area outside, just off the kitchen, with a fan and tv! And the deck is huge-the whole length of the back of the house. It has a bar height table that seats 4, and a typical height patio table for 6. Did I mention the amount of space available at this house?!!! And the yard is also huge-perfect for our dog.Obviously, I can’t say enough good things about this home. We all enjoyed taking turns cooking or grilling, and only ventured out to dinner twice in the week we stayed there. If you’re interested in going out, know that you’ll be driving at least 15 minutes for limited options, or a bit further for more variety. We’ve already talked about coming back-we just have to figure out what dates to book!

The house was very clean and comfortable on the inside. The outside deck and sliding glass doors were full of spider webs. I found wasp spray and got rid of wasp nest and spiders and swept the deck. The barbecue grill had foil with grease in it and was very dirty. Before making the reservation I emailed Teri and asked if there was a bathtub in any of the bathrooms because we needed one for my young grandchildren. She said there was a tub/shower combo. There is no bathtub in this home. I would think you would know if there was a bathtub in the house. I called Teri 2 times and did not get a response until a week after we had left. There is no place to get into the beautiful lake unless you take the boat out. You cannot walk into the lake, so the little ones could not play in the water. We had a great time with our family but next year we will look somewhere else.
