Walk to the beach (Powell Beach on Okanagan Lake) which is at the end of the street, go swimming, biking, hiking, jogging, play tennis at the nearby courts... We are conveniently located in desirable Trout Creek, Summerland which is in between Penticton & Summerland. Great location for access to Penticton or Summerland. We have used bikes for your use.

Our renovated summer home is ideal for families and couples with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortably (plus 3 kids in double/single bunk). Open Living Room to Kitchen floor plan with spacious open beam ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with new quality appliances and includes all the necessities. Fenced yard with patio. There is a high chair, play pen if you need.

We loved staying at Powell house, it was clean, had all the amenities we needed (and more!) and so comfortable. The location was great, we could spend a lot of time at the beach or just have a quick drive into town.

Our hiking group of 6-7 gals, ages 48-84, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Powell Beach Summer Home of Angie and Derek. The home was spotless and equipped with absolutely everything ( and more) than we want. We loved the privacy of the back yard. It is a perfect stay for adults and kids. Thanks Angie and Derek. We WILL be back. Carole and Company!
