About this apartment rental

Renovated modern mountain 1 Bed/1 Bath condo located at the world renowned Vail Racquet Club and Mountain Resort. Cozy and bright with new amenities and furniture throughout. Free cable and fast Wireless Internet. Enjoy the natural gas fireplace and grill on the patio that is steps away from Gore Creek that flows by just steps from the front door as you relax after a day of skiing or hiking.

Space:
You must stay at this completely renovated condo in the world renowned Vail Racquet Club. Be one of our guests in this fresh and newly remodeled 1 bed/1 bath condo. Conveniently located on the ground floor so no carrying your heavy luggage up many flights of stairs. Gore Creek flows by just steps from the front door. There are quartz countertops, modern new furniture, a Montego gas fireplace, a delightfully comfortable & new queen size Sealy Tempurpedic adjustable bed in the master and a Queen size memory foam topped sleeper/sofa in the living room. For your entertainment; the condo has a 48" LG C3 OLED TV with 4K Apple TV and Sonos Beam Sound-bar & Comcast Cable in the living room. The bedroom also has a 55 inch Smart HDTV with Apple TV and Comcast Cable. We supply free cable and WiFi in the unit should you need to connect to the outside world during your stay. This condo boasts LED feature lighting throughout and Hunter Douglas electric-powered blackout blinds. Nights in can be warm, cozy, and romantic with the newly installed Montego gas fireplace in living room. The kitchen features full size appliances and is fully stocked with anything and everything that you may need to create tasty meals. We provide staple items like coffee, tea, sugar, oils, and various spices. Building 10 laundry facility is 3 doors down from our condo on the ground floor.
New laundry equipment that was installed by the HOA in 2023 uses QR codes for Credit Card payment and you can also download an app that will text you when your laundry is completed. There is also a natural gas grill on the patio with comfy outdoor seating so you can enjoy a meal and some vino while enjoying the sights and sounds of Gore Creek nearby.

*VRC Club Usage & Fee:
Guests may use the Club facilities (this includes pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) at the prevailing outside per person guest fee (currently adults are $35 per person, per day and children 14 and under are $15 per person, per day). Pricing subject to change at anytime by the HOA. Club amenities as follows:

*The club has a state of the art fitness center with Cybex equipment, 2 hot tubs, a year round outdoor heated pool, 14 tennis courts, newly renovated in 2020 saunas and steam rooms, fitness and yoga classes, as well as offering massages. There is an outside guest club fee that will have to be paid to utilize the facilities at the front desk. The FREE Town of Vail bus has a stop at the Vail Racquet Club to take you into Vail Village for skiing, shopping and dining. Apres Cafe is just steps away from the from door.

**Until further notice:
Guests will have to abide by any COVID rules/restrictions in place on the property and in the club house as directed by staff when on site. Homeowners do not control the HOA nor Town of Vail rules and regulations with regards to COVID.

Guest Interaction:
You'll have access to the entire condo. We will be available for your questions during your stay but the amount of interaction will be determined by you, the guest. Please contact us and not the front desk for any questions. Since we are your host and not the resort, we will handle all of your questions. We are at your service 24/7.

Neighborhood Overview:
We live, work, and play here. We chose to buy in the Vail Valley because of its beauty and easy access to all things Colorado. Any outdoor activity that you love or want to try is within easy reach. There is world class skiing/snowboarding close by with many resorts within 45 minutes including Vail, Beavercreek, Breckenridge, Copper and Arapahoe Basin. Any winter activity you could imagine-snowshoeing, ice climbing and the list goes on. In the summer, rafting, fishing, boating, hiking, and biking. Also enjoy Vail's fine cuisine, restaurants and nightlife.

Getting Around:
The FREE Town of Vail bus has two stops at the Vail Racquet Club to take you into Vail Village for skiing, shopping and dining. Our condo is directly in the middle of the two and it's only a 3 minute walk to each. So if you miss the first, you can catch the second. During the season's peak hours, the bus comes every 15 minutes. It's really easy to not use a car during your stay. Parking is readily available and we do provide a parking pass for you if you do bring a vehicle.

Booking constitutes acknowledgment of reading and understanding listing details in full

a. This unit is being directly rented through the individual owner and not the Resort. As a rental guest of the owner, Resort services are not available for your use such as Front Desk, Concierge and Lobby amenities, Key handling, Housekeeping, Maintenance, On-call assistance etc. Please direct all questions or service requests directly to the owner; do not contact the Resort.
b. As a rental guest of the owner you may use the Club facilities for a daily outside guest fee.
c. Pets are not allowed.
d. The maximum number of people allowed the unit is 2.
e. You must display a parking pass in your vehicle at all times while on property or your vehicle will be tagged, ticketed, booted or towed at your expense.
f. Parking passes will be left in the unit for your use.
g. You may park only one vehicle in the primary spaces in front of the Building. Other vehicles must be parked in overflow areas.
h. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. No noise or other disturbances are allowed during these hours.
i. Direct all regular unit maintenance items to the owner. Please do not contact the Resort. In the case of emergencies that need immediate attention to avoid damage to the building or surrounding units please call. For life threatening emergencies call 911.

Condo was very clean and quiet. After a hard day of skiing, made easier by the convenient Vail Shuttle bus stop, it made for a great stay. Would highly recommend staying at this condo.
