Die Ferienwohnung Foschkönig liegt etwas außerhalb von Trendelburg sehr ländlich. Es sind nur einige andere Gebäude in der Nähe. Wir sind vom sehr freundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Gastgeber empfangen worden, allerdings ist auch eine Schlüsselbox vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist groß und wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten, was man sich wünscht. Das Highlight ist der sehr große und helle Wintergarten, den wir besonders gerne genutzt haben. Die Gegend eignet sich zum Wandern und Erkunden des südlichen Weserberglandes. Infomaterial liegt in der Wohnung bereit. Ein Auto ist wegen der ländlichen Lage allerdings sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung und den Vermieter sehr empfehlen.
