Private bungalow only 2 miles from the Mercedes Benz Stadium and all downtown attractions: .State Farm Arena, CNN, World of Coke, GA Aquarium, the Beltline etc. 10 min to the airport, the Atlanta University Center and GATech, GA State Universities and many more.. Access to restaurants like Old Lady Gang, Chick-fil-A, slutty vegan, Sundial. Located at a dead end street, this house gives you lots of privacy, quiet suburban feel in the city. Very safe street, all owner occupied for generations. Alarm system for added security. Hardwood floors throughout, tasteful unique eclectic decor, super clean.

My best friend and I had a pleasant experience staying at this Atlanta bungalow. The home was clean, well-maintained, and accurately reflected the photos provided online. Though modest in size, it was the perfect fit for our needs and offered a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The fenced backyard was a welcome addition, offering a pleasant space for relaxation and privacy.The neighborhood was generally quiet, though it did appear somewhat concerning at first glance, and we did hear nearby gunfire on one occasion during our stay. Fortunately, we did not encounter any issues directly, and our overall experience remained positive.Communication with the host was clear; however, I received the check-in information later than expected, around 3:00 AM on the day of arrival, whereas I typically receive such details a couple of days in advance. Despite the timing, the provided instructions were straightforward to follow.Overall, this property offered a comfortable stay with great proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. With earlier communication prior to arrival, this could easily be a five-star experience.
