Enjoyed our stay for a mini family reunion. Beds were super comfy! Great backyard! Such a convenient location! Knew going in that the spiral staircase could be an issue. Thank goodness there was access to the lower level from the backyard. Plenty of parking between driveway and alley access. House was well stocked with lots of amenities.

The place was cool despite 100 degree temps and it was very clean. We asked to extend our stay an extra night and they willingly made that happen. We would stay here again for sure.

Property was shabby but clean. Dark interior. No dishwasher. Tiny bathroom and kitchen. Rooms are good size. Bedding was plentiful and nice. The toaster caused the fire alarm to go off, we cleaned it out and were able to use it without smoke. Hard sofa and dining chairs in living room. Finding channels on TV took some experimentation. We had 7 adults and it was tight. Home and yard were dangerous for my mobility challenged Father and pregnant niece due to uneven ground outside, window wells at driveway, no railings on stairs. Many uneven places inside the home too, the tiny spiral stairs, unexpected step heights to ‘garage’ bedroom—2 of us almost fell in the dark. Had planned to use fire pit but it wasn’t convenient, especially at night in the dark, to walk around the house with overgrown plants and uneven path & steps. Location was convenient to downtown, university, etc. since we only slept there and ate breakfast it was ok but disappointing. Property best for young and as a crash pad, not a hang out.
