Newly remodeled! Paradise in the desert. Star deck with glorious views. Fireplace in great room, 4 flat screen TVs with cable, eat in chef's kitchen, 2 master suites with private baths. Master king bed, walk in closet, 2 twins in second bedroom, Den queen Murphy bed. Queen air mattress also in house. Perfect for golfers and girls getaways. Covered patio BBQ grill, open desert, sparkling pool(not heated), heated spa, mountain views. Equipped cookware for gourmet meals. HOA requires monthly rentals only.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location! We enjoyed hiking, biking, and walking every evening. Very close to all the Best golfing. Bonnie is very gracious and so easy to work with. We would highly recommend this Property.

Perfect quiet, private home on wonderful Troon North location. We enjoyed the pool, spa, nearby hiking areas and superb golf courses.
Plenty of restaurants nearby for all tastes.
We look forward to re-visit.

My wife and I just returned from a terrific stay at Bonnie and Ricks home. The house is open, bright, spacious and clean. It has an incredible amount of privacy and is quiet and tranquil. You get away from the congestion of Scottsdale but yet are only 15-20 minutes away from everything Bonnie was very helpful in Fedexing some things we needed in a timely manner We especially enjoyed the close proximity to world class golf, hiking, great restaurants and other amenities.
