This beautiful house is located on the Lake of the Ozarks at the 8 mile marker near Laurie, MO. The house is fully furnished and has 6 bedrooms (2 master suites with Kings, 3 rooms with queens) and a large bunk room for the kids (6 twins, 2 full) (max occupancy is 20). There is also a TV, DVD and game system for the kids to enjoy. There are 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, a dining and living area. Bath towels are provided, however, swimming/beach towels are not. The living room has a wall of windows over looking the lake. The kitchen is newly remodeled and can seat 16 plus additional seating in the screened in porch. It is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals. There is an upper and lower deck. The lower deck is fully screened in and has ample seating. There is also a water front patio. The patio right off the lake has plenty of chairs, including a hammock. It has a large fire pit, charcoal and gas grill and a full service tiki hut. The patio leads straight to the new two slip dock with swimming platform. Please feel free to bring your watercraft. It is located in a nice wide cove that is perfect for swimming, jet skiing, water skiing, fishing, etc. Remember to bring your own flotation devices and fishing poles! Where can I rent a boat?
We will be offering tritoon and wave runner rentals (for an additional fee) with our houses beginning 2021. Check out our boat rentals tab.
There are several places to rent a boat at the Lake of the Ozarks. We recommend Bombay Boat Rentals (573-207-0773). A quick Google search will pull up many others if you'd like to shop around.
I have a boat, where can I drop in at?
Lake Shore's Marina (573-374-3257). Please plan to leave your trailer there as there wont be room in the driveway.
How many cars can I park on the property?
Lake house 1- 6 vehicles max
Any extra vehicles will have to be parked on the street. The homes are located on narrow winding roads so we would highly recommend limiting your vehicles if possible. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
Boat trailers will not fit on the property. Please plan to leave them at the marina.
What is the lay out of the house?
Lake house 1- You will walk into the middle level. On this level is the living room, an eating area, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms (1 queen and the bunk house) and 1 bathroom. On the lowest level, there is the kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom (king) and 1 bathroom. This level will take you out to the screened in porch where there is an additional bathroom and eating area.
How many beds are in the house?
Lake house 1: 2 kings, 3 queens, 2 fulls, 6 twins
What kind of coffee maker is in the house?
The coffee maker is standard so please bring ground coffee if you would like to make some.
Is there a grill?
Yes there is a propane grill. Propane is provided.
Do I need to bring towels?
Bath towels are provided but are not for outdoor use. Please bring your own beach towels for use on the dock.
Are there any water floats available for use?
There are not any floats, toys or life jackets available for use. Please bring your own.
What time can I check in/check out?
You may check in as early as 3 pm. If we do not have any guests checking out the day of your arrival, we may be able to accommodate early check in, however, there will be an additional charge of $100.
Check out is at 10 am the last day of your trip. Please plan to do a general clean up after yourself. Hang any damp bath towels on the hooks or over the shower.
Is there a washer and dryer?
There is a washer and dryer in each home. You are welcome to use them sparingly. Please do not plan to do all your laundry every day and/or prior to your leaving. This would overload the septic system. Please bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Where is the closest store?
The closest grocery store is Town and Country Grocery. It is located 10 minutes away in Laurie, MO. This will be your closest town containing stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Please search Laurie, MO to find what you are looking for. Please plan to bring all of your own food and spices. This does include condiments, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. There may be some left from previous renters but we can not guarantee their availability.

The kitchen is fully stocked. This includes a crockpot, blender, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, etc.

This house was perfect for my family and my extended family. Big enough for 15 plus people. Great location. The dock was amazing. We brought our pontoon and left it in the lift. Made it so easy to go do things. we enjoyed the screened in porch a lot. very big and a place for everyone to sit and hang out. The picture online do not do the house justice. It was more beautiful and spacious than we thought. We defiantly will be booking again!! Thank you so much.

Overall, this was a great stay! We had several families staying here together and it accommodated all of us. The property managers were super helpful and responsive when/if we had any issues.

We just got back and all of us hated to leave. We had 9 adults and 6 children ages 6 months to 11. We just could not have been happier. The house was perfect - everyone had private bedrooms & baths. Kitchen was well appointed & stocked. Screened in porch & balcony facing lake. Dock was excellent for swimming, boating, kayaking & just hanging out. Joel was very helpful & there to respond to any needs we had. Everyone gave the house & dock area a 5-star rating!! A short drive to grocery store, restaurants & beach bars. No complaints at all & hope to be back soon!Bill & Mags B
