We had a great week-long stay at this property! The beds and bathrooms were comfortable, the appliances in the kitchen worked great, the AC kept up with the hot temps and the location was nice. We liked having the pool to hang out and meet other guests.

Overall the house was in great condition and the accommodations were as you would expect. Biggest let down was the size of the community pool. If you have more than 10 people in it, good luck. The grill needs to be cleaned badly as the bottom catch is completely full of grease or just needs to be replaced.

Loved this house, well laid out, spacious, clean, fully stocked kitchen! The only complaints I had were the property manager office (port A escapes) is difficult to reach. I called seven times with no answer and finally decided to follow keypad prompts as if I was“ trying to book” and finally got an answer. Wasn’t an issue, but would have been a huge problem had we needed anything. The distance to beach is .71 miles. 15 min adult brisk walk, not the 10 that is advertised. Takes longer with kids in tow. The community was very family friendly and we really enjoyed our stay!
