The Belize Island Beach House is a beautiful home right on the beach...Our Home is what you would expect when you vacation on a Tropical Island . We have just completed the construction of a pool where you will enjoy spending your days relaxing at Belize Island Beach House.

We have gone the extra mile in our home to preserve the natural Caribbean Feel with Thatch Roofs, Belizean Mahogany Furniture and a wonderful 200' Pier with a Thatch Roof Hideout at the end to relax and enjoy the Caribbean Breezes. Our beautifully landscaped, very private estate, includes your own private of white sand beach sitting right on the Caribbean Sea!!!
Our home is set up perfectly for large or small groups, this rental includes the 'main house only' with groups of up to 8. The Main House has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths Kitchen and Dining area and a large Covered Tiled Front Veranda and also a 30x30 rooftop Veranda for some R&R overlooking the beauty of the ocean.
Our home is located on a beautiful part of the island. Just a few steps down the beach are full service resorts where you can rent kayaks for exploring or fishing in the reef or enjoy a wonderfully prepared meal beach side.
Upon your arrival, our local manager will greet your party at the San Pedro airstrip, take you shopping, if you wish and then arrange transportation for you and your party via water taxi to one of the nicest houses on the island, The Belize Island Beach House. There, you will enjoy the beautiful Caribbean life in your own private home that is fully furnished.
Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private veranda and watch the sunrise, or view the beautiful sunset from the 900 square foot rooftop terrace with its own thatch palapa. Maybe a romantic bar-b-que of fresh caught snapper or lobster on the beach is your idea of a great way to end the day.
To stay connected to family or the office the Belize Island Beach House offers WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Bring the lap top and check in at home.
Our manager can set you up with golf cart rentals and make recommendations anything else you may desire, including diving, fishing, snorkeling, mainland tours or any of the terrific day spa's on the island. The Belize Island Beach House is within walking distance of several of the island’s top restaurants. If you have more questions, please call us.

Sergio(on site manager) checked on us daily- very attentive. Beautiful views- nice pool! Plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked. Tons of room for our family of 10!It’s about a 20 minute golf cart drive to San Pedro

Our stay at the Belize Island house was nothing less than awesome. We rented the main house and the smaller guest house on the property and our group of 12 (2 sisters with their families) fit perfectly. The caretaker was responsive to our requests. We used a local grocery provisioning service that was recommended to us by the property manager which saved us a ton of time (although the food may have been a bit more pricey, but time on holidays is priceless). On our first night we walked to resort just north of the house and enjoyed a lovely supper. We cooked all other meals at the house and found the kitchen very well stocked. There were lots of towels for both the ocean and the showers. Although the Belize island house is a bit of a drive to San Pedro, that did not matter to us, as we were very happy to just have the peaceful setting and the pool was a huge plus. We really enjoyed the pier, and arranged two excursions that picked us up right from the dock. The reef and sea life were just amazing. We saw everything from Manta Rays to sea horses, to dugongs, to dolphins. The only downside to our week is that there was work going on at the property to build a sea wall, and that meant there was really no beach for us to enjoy and construction noise in the mornings. The property manager did apologize and offered a one night discount for our stay which was appreciated. We would highly recommend the Belize Island house to any family that wants a peaceful, tropical stay.

The property is very well maintained. The house manager was very responsive. The property is beautiful and if the beach was set-up would’ve been perfect. Only downside was the disappointment of renting a beachfront property only to find out two days prior to departure that the beach wall has been under repair for months. Trip was amazing but laying on the beach would have been the cherry on top.

Our family travels to tropical destinations each Christmas- this was our first trip to AC. (My husband, me, 3 adult sons and daughter in law) We were assured by the owner that the management company would help us book snorkeling and fishing trips as well as help make our stay easy and relaxing. None of that happened. The management company employee was very slow in answering my emails requesting help for booking our excursions. I did a lot of research and knew that things book up at christmas. The promised "best" fishing and snorkeling guides were all booked due to delay from management Fortunately, I emailed Juan Carlos at the nearby Portofino resort and he saved the day finding us guides. He was very attentive and responded quickly to all my emails and questions. I asked management about renting a golf cart as the house is far north and was told that was definitely an option. Glad we didn't follow thru as the "road" behind the house was literally a mud pit that was impassable for 4 -wheelers. This happens a lot in AC but I should have never been encouraged to rent a golf cart as there would have been no way to even get it there. The caretaker, Abner, was not on premises most of the week.He was in town with his family for holidays but the rental info states he will always be around to help at any time. We had a bathroom door that dragged so badly that it woke us up if the door was opened at night and made it difficult to shut the door completely. Abner was made aware of this but he said it would take all day to fix it and asked if we would be ok if he did so after we checked out For several days the breeze was non existent which brought in biting bugs which is common to the area. We brought bug repellent but that did not deter the bugs which made it difficult to enjoy the outside decks. There are no ceiling fans outside and there are no portable fans available It would have been nice if Abner could have sprayed/ fogged around outdoor living areas. We were eaten alive. Master bath had a constant odor of sewage which could be fixed by bolting the toilet to the floor properly. Do your research & arrive prepared as it is difficult to get questions answered in a complete/ timely manner We enjoyed our excursions very much. The locals are friendly & helpful. It is expensive to take the water taxi so plan ahead for grocery delivery & restaurants. Bring cash. Management provided boat to get us from San Pedro to house on arrival but did not mention $75 fee
