. Beautifully appointed home with a great layout for families. This property is available for short term . Many visitors return and refer others. Owner's primary residence fully stocked and furnished. Expansive, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, ( 2 bathrooms on top floor share an adjoining private toilet closet) three story hillside home with multiple decks, 180 degree vista of San Francisco Bay Views and the Napa/Sonoma Hills.Very private location: The property includes 1+ acres in protected area adjacent to open space. Excellent weather.
The house is approximately 4,000 square feet, contemporary, attractively furnished, with numerous french doors and a lot of light. wireless/fax. Master bedroom has 13' cathedral beamed ceiling, exposed beams, with adjacent,private master suite. Suite includes double baths, a sitting room with fireplace, and a deck with sweeping views of the water. The middle level includes two fireplaces: a living room with gas fireplace, large studio with 12'beamed high ceiling with fireplace (35'x 22') and informal dining. 10' ceilings. There is a top-of-the-line all-appliance kitchen with skylights, plus a formal dining room that seats 10 which opens by french doors onto a very large redwood deck with hot tub.
The deck wraps around to the front of the house with a view of the water. The living room, which also opens out onto the deck through french doors, includes a fireplace & baby grand piano.

Great place, wonderful property. Lots of space - 4000 sf.Property owner was very responsive, very flexible.We stayed for a week. Have no complaints at all.You should know that this is the most well-stocked kitchen in VRBO land. A dozen corkscrews! Grand piano - we loved it. Four of the six of us play so we had fun with that.Outside - patio is wonderful. Didn't use the hot tub.Weather - while we were there the winds were pretty ferocious in the afternoons. Views - you have a view of the Richmond Bridge and San Quentin in the distance. Super nice to have expansive views.Very quiet neighborhood - loved that.It is a couple of miles to commerce - groceries, etc. on fairly winding road. On weekends, expect lots of cyclists to share the road. But this is probably throughout Marin County. Great place!

The pictures on the listing don't do it justice, how beautiful this home and location really is. The house was very clean. Plenty of towels and linens offered and communication with the owner was easy and Mike was quick to respond. Very generous of the owner to open up his garage to let us park a third car. Also a nice surprise to have the bonus downstairs apartment open up to us giving us an extra room and space. Thank you so much!.

This home was the perfect place for us to stay to attend a wedding at The Presidio. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the amazing views. It was away from the crowded downtown area and was conveniently located to nice restaurants and grocery stores. We had the best time, and Mike and his wife are lovely hosts!
