Home has all new paint, inside and out, new flooring throughout. The main level hosts 2 bedrooms and a bath, kitchen and family room with Smart flatscreen TV, (Internet included). The basement has the third bedroom and second bath, another large family room with a Smart flatscreen TV, game area with Foosball table and full laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also plenty of room to set up a queen and twin air-mattresses and pac-n-play, all provided.
The also newly renovated dock has a large swim platform with waterslide. The grounds offer room for parking for up to 4 vehicles/trailers (ask about additional parking, if needed), 2 decks and a patio, all with plenty of tables and seating, outdoor gas grill, and firepit.

Our 32 night stay was not long enough! After the first night with a gorgeous view & comfy beds, we were at home! At the end, we weren’t ready to leave. The kitchen has every type of baking pan, cooking pot, measuring device, awesome blender, a flour sifter - absolutely everything we needed! Bathrooms were well stocked too - 3 hair dryers meant daughters & I didn’t have to share! Two living areas gave daughters & friends plenty of relaxing space separate from parents & friends. Early mornings rocking on the upper deck watching the sunrise were only surpassed by the time spent on the spacious swim dock and the two mini refrigerators under the Tiki Bar saved many trips back to the house. We were grateful for the many bumpers on the dock’s side where we tied up our rental boat! They provided ample protection even on busy Labor Day Weekend! The king sized bed had a wonderful mattress - that’s critical when staying a month! Girlfriends & family said their beds were great too! Ample parking is rare & critical at the lake and at times, we needed all 5 parking spaces! The home’s location was perfect for us! We love going to Jolly Roger’s Sunday Brunch on the north shore; to the boat races by the Grand Glaize Bridge; & enjoying Lazy Gators in the next cove - it’s in the center of everything! Last but not least, I cannot rave enough about our host homeowner, Stephanie! After coming to the lake over 60 years, trust me, she is amazing! I’ll always rent from her! Marcia from Florida

The cove was perfect. Some big waves at times but lots of quiet downtime. Great selection of books, games, and lake gear. We loved the kayak and SUP. House was so well stocked, we could have brought fewer groceries along with us. Perfect location on the water and near boat/watercraft rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Was close enough to town to run in for groceries or eat out if we wanted. The house was clean and kept, the basket of beach towels was thoroughly used as my kids spent almost the entire day at the water. We had a few questions while there and there was always and quick response, we didnt have any issues with the house. We only had a few days to enjoy it but we definitely hope to come back soon.
