The fully stocked kitchen opens naturally to the dining area and living room, keeping everyone connected whether you are preparing breakfast, sharing dinner, or easing into the evening. At the heart of the living space is a large stone wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy place to gather after a day of biking, hiking, or exploring Sunriver.
Where You'll Sleep
Main Level
Bedroom One features a queen bed and offers a comfortable place to settle in at the end of the day. Bedroom Two includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king, giving families and friends a flexible sleeping arrangement.
A full bathroom serves the main level.
Upstairs
Bedroom Three is the enclosed loft and serves as the primary suite. It features a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony seating, creating a peaceful retreat for morning coffee before the rest of the house wakes.
Outside, generous deck space invites you to linger. Settle into the outdoor furniture beneath the pines, fire up the gas barbecue for an easy dinner, or slip into the private hot tub as the evening cools and the stars begin to appear.
Four bikes are waiting in the garage, making it easy to explore Sunriver's scenic pathways or cruise over to Fort Rock Park for an afternoon of play. A Pack-n-Play is also provided for families traveling with little ones.
Lark 7 is the kind of cabin that encourages an unhurried vacation rhythm: mornings with coffee on the balcony, afternoons spent wandering Sunriver, and evenings gathered around the fire or beneath the stars. Like many classic Sunriver homes, Lark 7 does not have air conditioning. Fortunately, Central Oregon evenings tend to cool beautifully, and nearby rivers and lakes offer refreshing ways to spend warmer days. Think open windows after sunset, cold drinks on the deck, and a slower kind of summer beneath the pines.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Enjoyed the house and the neighborhood, there was lots to do that kept our teens entertained (hot tub, plenty of games, puzzles, and bikes). The home does not have AC, but if you follow the host’s directions for keeping the house cool, it’ll be fine (it was in the 90’s and 80’s while we stayed). Only con was the lack of lighting near the hot tub - we needed to use our phone light to navigate the deck steps after dark.

Great location with easy access to bike paths and Fort Rock Park. Place had a nice deck area that was great to relax on in the mornings and evenings. Place was pet friendly and our golden retriever loved it.

This rental is in a great central location, but there were issues. First off, the white sheets had dog hair on them... enough that I had to buy lint rollers to clean it off. We’ve always rented pet friendly houses in Sunriver and have never had pet fur on the sheets. The upstairs toilet would get stuck and run and run. The dishwasher is so loud you can’t hear anything downstairs (including the TV) while it’s running. And the TVs really need to be replaced. We enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with every utensil or small appliance you might need. Overall we had fun, but this rental needs a little TLC and some updating.
