Hartwell Manor

Our family throughly enjoyed Hartwell Manor . Very clean . The house is so accommodating. Even though a large home it was still very cozy . Steve and Ted were amazing and were quick to respond to any question . We brought our boat and boat launch was very nearby . Plenty of water to enjoy the lake even in this drought . Strongly recommend this house and hope to return soon .

Every thing was perfect, from the kitchens to the dock. Everybody had a grand time. This was our second time there and will definitely rent it again when we have another family reunion. The dock is a perfect place to spend most of the day!

Our experience was great from start to end. The communication was great when I had initial questions about the property/area, through payment, through arrival, through departure. Literally as soon as I pulled into the driveway, the house manager, Ted, was there to give me a full tour, tell me about the area and answer any questions. The listing (and pictures) actually excludes some of the extras the property has to offer; whether it’s the linkable house sound system, the 2 full size arcade games, paddle boat or the extra parking space if you need it. Everything we needed for a great weekend was there and if it wasn’t, Ted was just a phone call away. (But we didn't have to call at all)The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and only 5 or 6 miles off the highway. Anything we needed was easily within 15-20 minutes. We caught a few fish off of the dock, relaxed on the large open deck and spent time on the screened in patio (complete with music, ceiling fans, a couch, a swing and a couple of bistro sets) that allowed us to be outside without any type of insects spoiling the fun. We never even got around to using the upper deck off the second kitchen.I could list more attributes, but I don’t want them to go up in price for our next visit, lol. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. MK

From start to finish, 5 stars all the way around. I cannot give enough praise to this property. I look forward to getting together again next year and enjoying the property once again.
