The property was the most well appointed property, anticipating your every need. It was quiet, peaceful, although very close to grocery stores, shopping and entertainment venues. Beaches close, casino's about 5 miles away, the best restaurant in So. Lake Tahoe, Evans is a must. The owners are very organized, easy to communicate with. 5 stars.

Not only is the owner of this property accommodating and extremely easy to work with but the property itself is wonderful. Has every amenity you could possibly ask for. Near amazing beaches, great food and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the casinos. Looking forward to making this an annual trip!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights as this rental had above and beyond everything we could ever need. We didn’t cook there, but the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot and so much more. We have stayed at several VRBO rentals but thought the owners here really thought of everything to make your stay very enjoyable. The location is close to several walking trails which was awesome for taking our small dog for long walks to Pope Beach (no dogs allowed) and Camp Richardson which really wasn’t fully open yet. But the paved path was perfect and we loved it. The unit is also close to everything but far enough away that it’s very quiet. We highly recommend Ernies for breakfast. Thank you for having us Mark!

This was the perfect location for our stay. A short bike ride to Pope Beach and great Mexican food just down the street. The condo was perfect - full kitchen, W/D allowed us to keep our workout clothes clean and an overall nice space. Just too bad the pool was closed due to Covid-19.

We loved our stay! Great place for couples and if I had a dog she would have been in heaven! If you enjoy nature with amenities of city life at your fingertips, this is your spot!

The condo felt very homey and comfortable. Everything seemed new and the appliances worked well - although the TV was a little balky at first (Prudie got it straightened out, though!). I would definitely recommend this rental.

My husband, granddaughter, and I stayed at this perfect Tahoe getaway for 3 days (2 nights) in July 2019. We loved it and will definitely be back. This condo is EXCEPTIONALLY clean. The location was perfect for us (biking, hiking, beaches, kayaking). The condo complex was very quiet, and my granddaughter had the swimming pool to herself most of the time. All the neighbors we had interactions with were very kind. Mark was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Excellent location & close to great places to eat. Pope beach was so much fun & beautiful. Everything was nice & clean making for a comfortable stay. The parking for the unit was perfect, right in front of the entry to the unit.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at this place. There is a trail through the beautiful forest about 10 steps from the front door. The place is clean and has many new appliances. We're looking forward to coming back next year.

The condo was super clean, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. The trails next to the complex were amazing with many options to go on. Also, the location is close to beaches and bike rentals within walking distance.The pool and hot tub were very clean and great following outdoor adventures. The price point is one of the best values in Tahoe. We will definitely return!

This condo was situated perfectly for the day hikes that I took (one recommended by Mark), and it was wonderful to be outside the frenetic pace that consumes touristy South Lake Tahoe. I spoke with folks around the pool, and the kitchen had everything that I needed. I also much appreciated Mark's liberal cancellation policy (and happier still that I had no reason to rely on it). Thanks for sharing this gem!

Nicely updated condo in an excellent location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My mom and I went to Tahoe for a mother-daughter trip. The condo was perfect for us. It was bigger than I expected from the photos. I like that the living room and the bedroom were far enough away that I felt like we each had our own space. We did run into a bit of an issue checking in, but that was no one’s fault, more of technology not working in our favor. Mark was great about it, and made sure everything was right. That is all I could ask for. It’s nice to be on the first floor since the upper condos require stairs. After hiking all day, not sure I would want to come “home” to stairs. The condo complex itself is a little old so you have some things that are a little less desirable. You can hear the neighbor upstairs walking around at times. You can also hear when one of the neighbors starts his truck in the garage ajastant to the house. However, a noise machine and/or ear plugs easily resolve this issue for both my mom and I. There was maintance going on at the pool for the first two days we were there, but it was opened for the last two, so it seems they do a good job of maintaining the place still. Those were really the only cons I could think of at the moment, and are definitely not enough to keep me away or ruin my stay. I love the location. You are still in town, but on the edge of town. It makes it nice when you want to go grocery shopping, (go a little farther to Safeway instead of Rally’s if you want to save some money) but fair enough away from traffic and a million tourist. Having the trails behind the house was great. We ran into a neighbor who told us different places the trails went and how long they were. There seem to be a lot of dog walkers down by the meadow. We pretty much had everything we needed. I loved that there were well place instructions and reminders when needed on things. This was my first time to Tahoe. I can’t wait to come back with my husband and friends. We will be definitely looking into this place again. Thank you Mark and Bonnie.

This was exactly the type of space I was looking for - it's not fancy but it is clean and comfortable; the built in washer and dryer are a fantastic plus. If you are coming to Tahoe to run or bike trails you couldn't pick a better location as it's literally steps out your front door to many different trails that can take you to Fallen Leaf Lake (either side) and Upper Eagle Falls as well as Gardner Mountain. In the evenings you can walk to a multitude of restaurants all within a mile of your location along with easy access to groceries. It's located far away from the hustle and bustle of the state-line area, so if you are looking for the nightlife it's probably not for you but for seekers of peace, quiet and tranquility this is it.

This place was amazing. Very well stocked for a nice week-long retreat with my wife and dog. This place is perfect for those who love outdoor adventures in the Tahoe area. Will definitely be re-booking for next Tahoe trip!

We had an excellent time at this condo. Location is close to a ton of hiking and scenery! Felt right at home in the condo as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location of this condo. Very close to Fallen Leaf Lake and across the street is the bike path. The condo has everything you might need and loved after a long day of hiking , they have a jacuzzi to relax in. The best part is when you walk out the door and there is the forest that you can walk for miles. Which was perfect for our golden retriever. We are hoping we can return in the winter for a stay for skiing

Great value, close to everything on foot. Great hiking opportunities and lots to see and do. Everything was top notch. Clean and roomy, well appointed. Already coming back next year. A great experience.
