About this house rental
This Custom beachfront home is perfect for big groups or anyone who wants the best. Offering 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A living room for each the upstairs and downstairs.
The jewel and focal point of this house is the gorgeous backyard with its infinite pool and jacuzzi over looking the Sea of Cortez. You have the perfect grilling spot on the ground level, an extremely large second story terraza, and even a beautiful margarita deck on the third level that provides 360 degree views of the town, ocean and Tetakawi so you’ll never miss a sunset. This much area ensures you have all the space needed for your guests.
The open kitchen, dining and living room take full advantage of the view with large windows and sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need, ready to entertain. The grill is charcoal.
From this location you have the perfect spot to kayak or paddleboard with the dolphins who live in the bay.
The house has wifi.
Located right in the middle of San Carlos puts all of the necessary amenities within walking distance. Restaurants, Bars, grocery stores, convenience stores, the bank and of course taco stands.
The house and backyard are completely private and transports you into your own piece of paradise. The only downside is that once you are in the house you might not ever leave to experience the many other amazing views and experiences that San Carlos has to offer.
This house can support up to 20 people. There are 4 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, 2 pull out couches and two more regular couches. EVENTS are not allowed on property.

We loved our stay. The house is in the perfect location, we walked to dinner a couple times. It’s also close to so many stores. Check in was easy, property manager Cesar was very nice and helpful and easy to reach and so was the Owner Art. Communication was excellent! We rented kayaks from a place near by an they delivered them to the house which was very convenient.I would stay here again just for the view, the sunsets are amazing and you don’t even have to leave the house.

A group of us decided to spend some time in beautiful San Carlos. We wanted to find a place where we can relax and enjoy the magical sunsets. This is a beach from property, with an excellent location. All you need is within one mile radius.The property is very accommodating and modern. Rooms are big, and bathrooms are spacious. The POOL!!! Made the house even better... great place to hang out and relax.Art and Cesar were very attentive to our needs. Super quick response.As far as the views are concerned, we had great sunsets with Tetakawi to our right. We started our days with Great views from the balcony rooms into the sea... at night, the moon lights up the sea, juts beautiful!! Every so often we saw dolphins swimming, can’t ask for moreThank you, we will come back!
