Located in a quiet residential area of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, Villa Atalaya offers beautiful views of a nearby bay. Designed for 8 guests, it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with an island, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a child safety gate for the stairs, 2 cots, and 1 high chair. The highlight is the fantastic outdoor area with stunning bay views, several furnished terraces, a garden, and outdoor showers. Relax among Mediterranean plants and leave daily stress behind. Just around the corner, you’ll find a supermarket, a restaurant, and Cala Vadella beach only 100 m away. A path from the house leads directly to this beautiful cove, so you won’t need a car during your stay.
There are 3 to 4 parking spaces on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels are included. The property has an extra room with two additional beds (available upon request to the owner). Normal electricity use is 15 kW per day; if exceeded due to irresponsible use, the owner may charge an additional fee. No barbecue is available as the property is in a protected area, but there is an electric grill. One canoe can be provided. Parties are not permitted. Cleaning service during your stay is available for an extra fee. There is an extra charge for late check-in after 8:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.

This property was the perfect beach vacation in Ibiza. The house was beautiful and well-appointed with 3 convenient parking spaces and numerous decks, patios and lounge areas all with a stunning view of the beach and sunset. The beach itself is steps away and the town has 1/2 a dozen good restaurants all within an easy walking distance. I don't think you'll find a better value in Ibiza.
