This first floor unit at Estancia was so great. The set up was perfect allowing everyone to have space. Left side is the double room and large area to get ready with bathroom. It’s far enough from the king room for teenagers to enjoy without disturbing the parents! Middle section is the living area and kitchen with an additional full bath. Then the right side is the king bed with a huge bathroom. Each bedroom had ceiling fans and a couch. The location of the unit on the first floor next to the lobby meant that the large patio was always in the shade and had a bit more privacy with the landscaping (and no stairs or elevator to deal with). We really enjoyed the resort and being able to check in at the front desk and charge items to the room at the pool. Separately, the unit has its own concierge and housekeeper. Johana checked in on us and made reservations while Esther did a great job keeping the place tidy while we were out enjoying activities. Wish we could have stayed longer and will certainly book again or recommend to other families.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals/breakfast/mix drinks etc. We had someone even meet us when we got there to see if we needed anything and brought us chips and fresh guacamole. We did have someone even meet confusion with checking in as it was under our hosts name instead of ours but it didn’t take too long to figure things out.

We stayed as a family of four and we were more than comfortable. Location, pool, beach and food on site were all great. Would stay again!
