I'm also 10 miles to the pepacton reservoir, A crystal clear reservoir where there's some of the best brown trout and small mouth bass fishing anywhere. Boats can be rented at als sport shop in downsville for the reservoir or he rents canoes, so you can canoe down the pristine east branch of the Delaware he provides all equipment needed and travel after your trip. The furniture is new and there’s a pull out couch in the great room. the ceilings are cathedral, a wall full of glass with great southern exsporure. The front door is a Pella slider that opens up to a huge deck with adirondack chairs and table for 4. By the pond there's a adirondack swing to relax and listen to the water flow into the pond from the natural spring. All appliances are new and the place is spotless . TV uses a Dish and has Hi speed WiFi in cabin. Lastly it have Air conditioning for those hot summer days.
