About this apartment rental
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located on the ground floor of a two story townhouse. It has a screened porch large enough to eat on that looks out at the Intercoastal Waterway at Indian River Plantation, which is a Marriott owned development on Hutchinson Island near Stuart, Florida (50 minutes north of the West Palm Airport). Both bedrooms have queen size beds. A couple of couches in the living room also may sleep up to two additional people. The floor is tile and wood. The unit is very spacious with the total area of the unit being over 1750 square feet. A garage is also included.
The view is of the Intercoastal Waterway and when the water is low enough you have access to a private beach through the mangrove trees right across the lawn!
The unit is located in walking distance to pools, beaches, golf, and tennis courts. Playgrounds for children and grills for cooking outside are also available. Causeways link Hutchinson Island to the mainland for easy driving access. A number of amenities are also available on the island such as grocery stores, restaurants and shops, which are all in easy driving distance.
Stuart is a quaint and charming "Old Florida" town on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Martin County prohibits buildings over 5 stories, so there are no high rises in the vicinity, which is very nice.
A number of artists have settled there so the downtown area features many galleries with beautiful and unusual original paintings, sculpture, and jewelry. The town also has many charming and delicious restaurants and a great ice cream shop.
Hurricanes are infrequent because of the northern location of the island on the east coast of Florida, making this location safe and desirable. Port St. Lucie to the north also has much to offer in terms of entertainment and resort activities.

Location, location, location. In the condo I rented in Stuart, Florida for 5 weeks this March, 2018, I found I was in a perfect location. Situated facing the Indian River, it was a very quiet and beautiful spot minutes from
the Ocean, with a lovely pool, hot tub, gazebo and barbecue facilities.
This lovely first floor condo also included a covered garage. The condo itself was very spacious with a huge kitchen, master bedroom and fantastic Master bathroom. The second bedroom has an extremely comfortable Queen size Murphy bed and it’s own bathroom with walk in shower. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the condo for your use.
There is a very nice screened in porch where you can watch the sun set every day behind the bridge.
A short drive over the two bridges and I was in Stuart not far from many, many restaurants, shopping and a couple of theaters with all types of musical entertainment.
Very near the condo is a golf course, a Publix grocery store, a car museum and an Oceanagrahic Institute that has many interesting displays. Go pet a Stingray there!
We loved staying in this condo. Louise , the landlord was so helpful and did everything she could to make my stay enjoyable. I an looking forward to staying there once again.

Lots to do in the area, which quite interesting and fun with lots of great places to walk and good restaurants.

Perfect location! Five minute walk to Atlantic Ocean beach. Many other beach opportunities. Great for golfers, walkers and joggers. Parking, mailboxes and heated pool very convenient. Quiet, relaxing, friendly spot. Nice neighbors. Always a pleasant breeze. Only ten minute drive into city of Stuart.
