Best apartment you can find in Milano. Just 10 minutes walk from city center. The bedroom was spacious and has everything you need . And the guy who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful to us. He let us check in early and storaged my bags till late. I definitely will return there every time i am in Milano.

very clean, cute unit with excellent location. lots of restaurants and shops right downstairs and walking distance to Duomo etc. It's perfect for two, a bit snug for 4 but doable.

I had to track down the host to get info on how to get into unit. He did not respond to my initial messages and so we called him from the train station when we arrived and then he met us at the unit day of, which was a bit disconcerting to have it be all so last minute. Once we met him, he was helpful and provided the keys and bottled water and was quite nice. Some of this confusion might have been due to language barrier.

The apartment was clean and the location was great

Poor check-in organisation. We didn't receive enough information on how to check-in. Only a contact number was provided during our booking. We tried to contact the number several times upon arrival (over 2hrs of waiting to hear from the owner), but there was no response. Luckily, the door of the main entrance was open so we just went to each floor to see if we could talk to someone. We made it to the last floor of the building and saw a man there who handed us the keys . Until we checked out, we didn't even receive a reply or call from the contact provided upon booking.
