Stylish Apartment Near Duomo

Host was not able to communicate in english properly. Extra bed was not too comfortable, and it did not have good quality blanket nor pillows

Clean, spacious apartment with a kitchen, and very well located. Just 10 minutes from the Duomo.

The elevator wasn't working, and it's a third-floor apartment. And the worst part is trying to contact the owners. Once they reply, it's fine and they are lovely, but it's difficult to reach them via WhatsApp because they have three phone numbers, and each one tells you to contact another.

Location was excellent really close to the centre of Milan. Apartment was clean and spacious, good equipment in the kitchen. Snacks, coffee etc provided. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Quite a few steps to go up to reach property thin stairway and no lift.

All was fine for our short stay.

Poor check-in organisation. We didn't receive enough information on how to check-in. Only a contact number was provided during our booking. We tried to contact the number several times upon arrival (over 2hrs of waiting to hear from the owner), but there was no response. Luckily, the door of the main entrance was open so we just went to each floor to see if we could talk to someone. We made it to the last floor of the building and saw a man there who handed us the keys . Until we checked out, we didn't even receive a reply or call from the contact provided upon booking.
