Disappointment

There were no problems with the settlement. There are some utensils in the room. The beach is not far away.

There is no bed linen in the room. But you will receive a notification about this after payment. It is very uncomfortable. There is no electric kettle in the room. The bathroom steps are not safe. The parking lot is currently being renovated. So you don't have a parking space nearby and there is construction going on right in front of the terrace. Noisy and bad smell. The road passes right in front of the windows of the room. А lot of different unnecessary decorative details in the room. It would be better if instead of all of them there would be a kettle, towels and bed linen. For me, this number was a complete disappointment.

Very good

The location of the house is perfect with an amazing sea view; it is a studio flat but well organised, furnished with care and great for up to 4 people. Bathroom is well arranged too. The host has been very willing and helpful in providing clear instructions and support into the house. This is a good place to stay in Bergeggi.

Overall a very lovely apartment & location for a Ligurian beach holiday, will definitely recommend!

Lovely location, minutes from the sea! Bright & airy with everything you basically need for an apartment stay! Great neighbors who greet you daily with nice friendly animals as well! Parking is extremely conveniently located right in front of the apartment. The sea views are great & very relaxing - especially since you can actually hear the waves crashing on the shore! (Absolutely amazing!). As well, getting around (to Savona city, Noli, Spotorno, etc.) is very convenient as it's all along the coast.

The apartment is quite humid (over 60%), so beware of that, for us it took some getting used to. There were also quite a few mosquitoes, so be sure to utilize the insect screen & there were also quite a few busy ants around, so be sure to watch out for those. Important to note, if you need to use the oven for baking, you would need to turn off every other electrical device or else the electricity will cut off & you'd need to restart it. Oh & just to be safe, be sure to walk with your bed linens, we didn't realize that it wasn't included, so we had to purchase some which wasn't a huge issue. As for the parking, besides being very convenient, sometimes it can be limited as you're competing mainly with the locals for the spaces.

Pokud hledáte něco na poslední chvíli a nevezete sebou náhradní povlečení, není to místo pro vás

Možnost parkování hned naproti ubytování, skvělá komunikace s hostitelem.

Je to sice naše chyba, protože jsme to přehlédli (nikdy jsem totiž u ubytování nekontrolovala, zda tam je povlečení a ručníky), ale absence výše uvedeného nás opravdu překvapila - v bytě je pračka a tak mi trošku uniká smysl toho, že to není nabízeno jako samozřejmost

Enttäuscht

Das Apartment ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Praktische Lage - das Meer ist durch eine Treppe sehr schnell zu erreichen. Allgemein hat das Apartment viel Ausstattung z. B. Bügeleisen. Auf dem Balkon kann man gemütlich am Tisch sitzen mit dem Sonnenschirm. Das Meer ist vom Balkon aus zu sehen.

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber mit Mängeln z. B. am Toilettenrand braune Spuren vom Vorgänger, Küchenutensilien nicht ganz sauber. Was wir als sehr negativ empfunden haben war der feuchte Geruch im Appartement. Ist die Klima mal nicht gelaufen roch es wie in einem Keller… besonders im Schlafbereich und Bad. Kombiniert mit einem unangenehmen Putz und Waschmittelgeruch. Das Bett war nur ein Bettgestell. Leider ist der Parkplatz vor dem Apartment nicht garantiert. Die Straße ist eine viel befahrene Straße was den Schlaf beeinträchtigen kann. Da man auch eigene Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitbringen muss + die genannten negativen Punkte waren wir vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis enttäuscht und können die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bello l'alloggio bella la scala che porta al mare.

L'alloggio è veramente ben tenuto. Bello lo spazio esterno e bella la vista panoramica sul mare.

Forse la mancanza di locali tipici sul lungo mare, l'unica pecca...sarebbe stato spettacolare! Ma camminando, su un bel percorso a picco sul mare..in una 20 di minuti si arriva a Spotorno.

Buona posizione

Casa arredata con stile e davvero pulita. Posizione comoda per la spiaggia di Bergeggi e strategica per visitare Spotorno, Savona, ecc. Fabrizio è stato molto disponibile sia prima, che durante il nostro soggiorno.

La casa non ha fornito la biancheria da letto, asciugamani, asciugacapelli e saponi. Per un soggiorno di una notte è stato molto scomodo. Dalla casa si vede il mare, il terrazzo molto spazioso, ma poco godibile perché si affaccia direttamente sulla strada e sul parcheggio.
