Located on the 10th floor of the beautiful Capri by the Sea in Pacific Beach, this freshly remodeled one bedroom condo has unbelievable views through its floor to ceiling windows. All kitchen amenities, Keurig, beach toys, surfboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, big screen TV, Cable, WiFi, one reserved, covered parking spot in gated lot with option for more. We have two queen beds in the bedroom and a very comfortable queen size pull out couch in the living room. The building is steps to the beach and a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Resort style complex offering 360 degree view roof deck, gas BBQs, secure private pool and spa, hot water beach shower, and 24-hr security. Enjoy the ocean breeze in the living room, relax on the beach, and have BBQ and cocktails on the rooftop as the sun settles in the west. This condo is truly my family's happy place and we are thrilled to share it with you!

Everything was exactly as described and the whole place was as awesome as all of the reviews say. Incredible view from the condo, super quick access to the beach and pool. We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was smooth and easy, and the home was clean, beautifully decorated, and family-friendly. Games, books and beach toys for kids, a wagon that was very helpful, boogie boards and beach chairs. It’s a gorgeous view, the pool area was wonderful and beach access was easy. Chris was very helpful and even restocked a couple supplies when we noted they were low. Everything about the stay met our needs. We would recommend this stay to family and friends, and we definitely plan to come back! Thank you!

We had so much fun staying here. The location is perfect. Great Restraunts and shopping close by. I think my favorite part was in the mornings opening the door, and listeing/watching the waves crash. Lines of Pelicans often would fly by. The condo is clean, stocked with everything needed.

Absolutely PERFECT! Came for a 5 day stay with our 3 & 5 year old babies. Everything was perfect. Glorious sun rises and sunsets. Steps to the beach. Short walk to shops and food. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Fun beach toys and a wagon for hauling. Plenty of towels. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Chris, the owner, was so friendly and showed us around when we checked in, even filled the fruit bowl with fruit which saved our starving children the following morning. We found out last minute that the building was having plumbing maintenance done which meant the water would be shut off during the day. Chris was very accommodating with this as well and it turned out to be a non-issue as we were gone at the beach and pool all day every day. We cannot wait to visit again!

Chris’s place is amazing! We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home for our family of 4. The views are incredible. Walking distance from many stores and restaurants. Great beach and pool access! My kids loved using the boogie boards and sand toys that Chris provided. We also used the wagon to carry all our stuff which was a HUGE plus! Overall, well worth it!

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit San Diego. Many other options but none with a view like this! We fell asleep each night to the sound of crashing waves. Best food and drinks around are just a walk away. Ice Cream, Tacos, Pizza, Thai Food, Burgers… all here. Clean, comfy, amazing host!

This condo is a great location in San Diego. Steps from the beach/boardwalk, and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Short drive to La Jolla, Coronado and San Diego zoo. The condo was very clean, comfortable had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic location (right on the beach with an incredible view) with a nice decor, and a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. The owners provide a lot of little extras to make the stay really special and convenient, such as coffee, cream, fresh fruit, wine, and literally everything you will need for the beach, which is just feet away. Also, Chris was very helpful and accommodating. When back in San Diego we will stay here again and would recommend to others.

We had stayed at this building before and this condo was simply gorgeous. Well done inside. Very comfy mattresses and bedding. Little details like a full fruit bowl and rose wine in fridge were appreciated. Loved having beach stuff available like boogie board and chairs. Very nice owner.

My daughter and I loved our stay! The view is amazing and the location was perfect for us! Lots within walking distance. We rented a car, but would not have needed it. One night we took Uber to downtown San Diego, but other than that, we walked everywhere. The morning beach walks were beautiful. The unit is nice, clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this place!

This location is fantastic, and the apartment has everything you could need for a long stay. The wagon helped bring down the beach toys, chairs, umbrella and boogie board that were provided. The kitchen was tight, but it was well equipped. I loved watching the sun go down from the living room and feeling the breeze. I was worried about the possibility of noise in a building like this, but this was not an issue. I can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for 6 nights after spending time at Disneyland with our kids. Chris was awesome to work with and communication was great. The room was clean and had everything you would need (beach gear, bath items, coffee/tea, etc.). It really felt like a hotel stay. The view is unmatched. 10th floor looking out over the ocean. I slept on the pullout in the front room just to listen to the waves all night. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is very well appointed with games, Beach toys, nicely stocked kitchen and is tastefully decorated. We LOVED receiving a bottle of chilled rose and organic fruits. Great way to start the trip! The only thing we wished had been better is that the Netflix did not stream so that was a bit of a bummer.

You know how you come across someone who's just too good to be true on Tinder and you meet up with them just to find out you've been catfished? Well, this place is the opposite. It is exactly like the pictures, except it's even more breath taking in real life. That ocean view was OH MY GOD amazing that I slept on the couch every night just so I could wake up to it every morning. Instant peace looking out that picturesque window. Girls, the huge mirrors with the natural light in the living room is EVERYTHING, especially when you're putting on makeup and trying to get ready for the day. Chris was super attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Our schedule didn't allow us to meet him and his wife to exchange keys, but they left very easy and thorough explainations on how to access the property and where to park. We loved all the amenities, especially the beach equipment. Thank you to whomever left the makeup remover wipes underneath the bathroom sink, so we didn't ruin the towels. We returned the favor by leaving wine for the next guests. Thank you so much Chris and wife. We loved your place so much and will certainly be back.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. I appreciated the details they put into the space...extra blankets, beach towels, toys, wagon, boogie board, plenty of bathroom supplies, binder with detailed info, etc. They even had fresh fruit for us. It has an amazing view and great beach access. Chris was great to work with, we would love to stay again.
