This property is positioned between TCU and Will Rodgers and walking distance to the Fort Worth Zoo. A few blocks further to the Colonial Golf Course. I-30 is just a few blocks away to all of the Dallas/Fort Worth events. Experience downtown Fort Worth just 3 miles away. Dallas Cowboy and Texas Ranger Stadiums are just 15 miles away. The home is a 2 floor fully furnished very nicely appointed. The large living room has plenty of comfortable seating and natural light. The den is comfortable as well to enjoy your favorite cable TV program. The kitchen and dining room are between the living room and den. The kitchen is fully functional with all your essentials. The den also opens to your own outdoor patio with grill and in the evening perfect lighting. When you get tired the den has a sofa bed for your convenience. A twin roll-away bed has been added as well. The master bedroom is very large with a queen bed, couch and cable TV for your pleasure.

We absolutely loved our stay - it was the perfect “home away from home” for us for our longer term stay. Plenty of space (we particularly loved the front living room, looking outside whilst having a coffee!), beautiful patio for dinner & drinks, and everything we needed. The location is perfect - lovely area, with lots of greenery, and nearby walking trail, and felt really safe - also close to some nice shops. Bill & Debbie were lovely hosts - so accommodating, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here, and will stay here again next time we’re back in Fort Worth!

Location near TCU was perfect, very nice house in a nice neighborhood. Property inside and out was great. Outside patio with table and chairs to enjoy. Inside nicely decorated but also comfortable to stay. Tons of room. Host very responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely stay there again myself.
