About this house rental
This beautiful home has the largest floor plan in Rancho La Quinta.
As you enter the home, you'll walk through a chandeliered rotunda into a beautiful room with big screen TV and entertainment unit with comfortable and luxurious furnishings. The dining room has a beautiful view of the pool, golf course and mountains. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, a kitchen island, stainless steel appliances and everything you need (other than groceries!) to whip up a quick snack or to prepare a gourmet dinner. For business, there is an office with wireless internet connection. For play, there is a sunken bar to make cocktails.
The bedrooms are nicely appointed with TVs in all but one rooms, and bathrooms in each room. The casita is a single bedroom guest house with a front courtyard separate entrance.
And, of course, there is a fabulous free-form pool, spa and waterfall. And to top it off, a built in barbecue, fire pit and lovely patio furniture for those cool nights entertaining out back.
The home has 4 bedrooms including a separate 1 bedroom casita, 4.5 baths, study, and 4500 sq ft of living space.

My husband and I recently stayed at Dixie Powers’ beautiful Rancho LaQuinta home for the month of February 2022. The home is quite lively. A few cool days saw us using the gas fireplace in the great room and living it! The home has all of the usual full complement of dishes although there were no wine glasses o speak of. The beds were comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping, with the sun and gorgeous weather! This is a ‘smart house’ so we had some adjustment to using that but Tracy, our contact in the desert, gave us some pointers and apps that really helped. We used only the main house and didn’t even go into the casita as there was no need - all 3 bedrooms in the main house were spacious and beautiful. Holly, Dixie’s assistant was very helpful to us as well. Loved staying here and would definitely invite others to try it out. One odd note - there is a spacious kitchen with bar & barstools, a wet bar and another large, two level bar with barstools - but no dining table inside. We had friends over for the Super Bowl and didn’t even realize it until then😂. But a note for someone who might be a table kind of person😊

The house was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is in a lovely gated community, with great security and a friendly atmosphere. They take impeccable care of the landscaping and everything was lush and pristine. It was just my husband and me for the first week, and the house felt huge. Then our kids and grandkids joined us and we loved having all that space. Everyone had privacy and quiet when they wanted, but we all had fun together in the spacious, open concept kitchen/family room/dining area. The pool area was lovely! We were there during the hot summer so we took advantage and enjoyed swimming early in the day and it was comfortable to eat lunch outside under the covered shaded area, where the heat was very tolerable. In the afternoon we did inside activities since it got too sunny and hot. We found the owner/manager very easy to communicate with. They went out of their way to answer any questions and help us whenever it was needed. We would definitely love to go back in the future!

This was my fourth time staying in this beautiful property. It never disappoints. I always feel at home and look forward to when I can return again. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful home, everything was a lot prettier than the pictures. Right on hole number 12 on the jones course at Rancho Laquntia. We cooked in a couple of times and the grill and others things was teriffic And amazing swiminging pool and a lovely hot tub, and if that is not enough the home has a lovely gas fire pit.Dixie and Emmy was very easy to work with and her on site host Mavis was helpful via the phone. If you can rent this home you cannot go wrong. We will be back Miss Dixie.
