About this apartment rental
Spacious & Sunny 4/2 split-level,family home with mountain views. Remodeled kitchen & baths, open floor plan. 4 Queen beds + double futon bed, Upstairs Deck, Firepit, BBQ, ping pong table. 15 min to downtown, Zoo, Balboa Pk, etc. Washer/dryer, WIFI. Fully stocked kitchen...everything you need! Air conditioning, large bi-fold doors open to deck...perfect for family gatherings or your small business retreat!
Upstairs deck with a view is a favorite for all! . A ping pong table in the garage for family fun! A truly comfortable family home. 4th bedroom downstairs has a convertible Queen bed plus a convertible double sofa/futon and can be a YOGA room, study room, etc.
Access instructions will be sent day prior to your arrival. Downstairs patio is shared space with tenant living in separate downstairs studio apartment with own entrance. Only shared space is washer/dryer.
Check in time - after 3:30pm
Check out time - 11:00am
Flexibility for check-in or check-out may be available upon request.

Blocks from 94 freeway and 12 minutes from downtown, Zoo, Balboa Park. 20-30 min from local beaches. One block away from a bus stop, connecting to Spring St Trolley station. Lots of parking space.
Views of Mt Helix and Mt Miguel.
Coffeemaker, Hot water pot and all Basic Cooking needs including pots, pans, utensils, blender, cooking oil, butter and spices.
Gorgeous Sunrises from kitchen, living room and master bedroom!
There is a small seperate studio on bottom floor with long term tenant that shares the washer/dryer in the garage.

We had a great experience at this property! The location was wonderful and close by many attractions. It was great to come back after each day to enjoy the view and the beautiful patio. The host was very communicative and helpful and gave great recommendations.

My husband and I rented this house so that we could have a family game night while we were visiting everyone from New Zealand and it was perfect! Big open living/outdoor space made this the perfect place to catch up with family and friends. Judy was an excellent host, very communicative and available if there was an issue, but there wasn't. Thanks so much for the memories. Cheers!
