The location was beautiful! We saw bears every day! It was a good reminder to not leave any food in the vehicle because other guests did not abide by that rule and had bears get into theirs.

There was a leaking pipe in the closet that houses the AC unit and it has a steady drip into an old bucket we had to empty daily to keep it from running onto the floor The house keeping needs reminding to clean the windows and mirrors and dust the walls in the bathroom The towels all smell of cigarette smoke

We booked this condo for the location. We love staying at the top of the mountain.

Several small things. The two major problems I have with this condo, neither of the 2 bedroom doors worked correctly. The main bedroom, the door would not latch and stay closed. Lock didn't work. It would pop open whenever it felt like it. The second bedroom door wouldn't even close all the way. Fortunately, I was here with my wife and 2 young kids. The other big I have with this condo is the "fireplace". They stuffed an electric fire into the fireplace. It was pretty bad. We were expecting wood burning fire and got that. The unit looked nice I guess, but it was bad about heat. You could turn the heat for electric fireplace on, but it would only blow for maybe 10 minutes. We would then have to turn it off for several minutes before it would put out heat again. It was vary disappointing.

The view from the property was fantastic. Plenty of towels, nice kitchen plates and glasses. Outside grounds of this property was well maintained, outdoor pool clean, and plenty of parking.

The entire condo needs updating. Carpet and furniture are very worn. Bed sheets were stained. The wall paper is pealing off walls, window sills were dusty/dirty. The winding stair case in the kitchen/family room was was a hazard! Almost bumped into it several times! No elevator, would be hard for elderly to climb 3 stories.

The views were great! The property/condo was very clean. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Great value for the location we were staying. Parking and getting into the condo was very simple. Loft was really nice for our son. Kitchen was small but functionable. T.V.'s worked well. Good internet service. Balcony was small but really nice.

The road up to the property was very, very harrowing! The condo we stayed in was very dated, furniture was scarce and also very, very dated (but it was all clean). Bathrooms (two) were adequate and average at best. Inside pool and hot tubs were not operational.

I didn't like that we weren't told that we had to go up stairs to enter the room. I had asked was the facility wheelchair accessible, and was told yes because my son who's paralyzed and in a wheelchair would be traveling with us. Just so happen he decided not to take the trip with us the day before. Then the host sent me a msg after I left the property asking why was the window left open?... Seriously I forgot to close it. And then she goes to ask was someone smoking? Now that highly pissed me off... I'm a pastor and Nobody in my group smokes...and after us finding several items under the beds and behind couches that were not ours I questioned her back ..When In reality the floors were sticky and we found items in the couch etc. Letting us know that the property does not use a professional cleaning service.

The property had great views and was comfortable and good for the price.

When we arrived the apartment was not cleaned, but they took care of it as quickly as they could. I think the cleaner had an issue getting there. The overall cleanliness was not great. I definitely wouldn’t cook here. Manager was not super apologetic about the situation when we arrived.
