The place is very nice and close to everything. The beds are very comfotable. The couach need to be change and overall I would say 80 % clean. Over all I love it.

Bedrooms are spacious, the condo was clean, and the host responsive. The shared spaces were smaller than expected.

This property is located in a well maintained, gated community with security. The property is very nice with all the amenities necessary to have a pleasant stay for either a couple or a small family. When we first arrived, one of the previous guests had tripped the GFI receptacles circuits, so there was no power in the kitchen or bathrooms. We couldn't find the circuit breaker panel, so we couldn't rectify the situation ourselves, however, the property manager and her husband promptly corrected the situation. We also had some difficulty the electronic door lock initially, however, this turned out to be a learning curve situation. Overall, this property was very nice and would be a good place to rent for either a couple or a small family.

The unit was as described in the post, 4 bedroom, 2 story. What we appreciated but was not mentioned in the listing was 3 full bathrooms. That was a big plus for us, as we were a group of 7.
