There are many restaurants and night clubs within 3 miles.Everybody will very friendly and peaceful.60% retired people houses are on the island.It takes 2 minute to walking to the beach.This beach is very family beach. It takes 10 minute to the Corpus Christi. City and beach are very close!!

This was a beautiful condo at a great location. Right on the water with a beautiful view of the sunset. Nice pool to watch the sunset in. Nice location 2 minutes from the beach. Nice and quiet stay. Will definately stay again.

The owner was excellent accommodating us at the last minute when a neighboring property was unable to keep our reservation. This property met our needs with two (what I would call) Master Bedrooms. It was clean and had a pretty view of the lagoon with a dock (I wished I had a boat, but we were there on business). Previous renters damaged the vertical blinds in the bedrooms and these should be repaired or replaced to enhance the privacy of the unit (it's on the second floor, so it was not a big issue to us). All in all, I was pleased with the property and would like to return (with a boat this time).

The condo was very nice. Our only issue was that there was only toilet paper on the rolls in the bathrooms, no extras. And there was no trash bag in the trash can. Looked around for one, and found 'one'. No others. We had to buy toilet paper and trash bags. Since the seashell bedspread was so precious to the owner, we folded it up when we got there and put it nicely in the closet. The billing was an issue.
