About this cottage rental
Freshly renovated "Lakeside Cottage" overlooking Kentucky Lake just 4 miles south of Paris Landing State Park on the Tennessee River. This home away from home has about 1600 sq.ft which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a fully updated kitchen, new flooring, new paint, updated baths and a utility room with washer & dryer. The lake and boat ramp are less than 40 yards directly in front of the house. A user friendly floor plan uses the living area to separate the master from the other two bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bath with separate tub and shower. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, window seat, a 32" TV and great lake views. The 2nd bedroom also has lake views and a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with nicely wooded valley views. The living room furnishings include: a wood-burning stone fireplace, a large screen TV with streaming wifi service, a game & 7puzzle table as well as a sleeper sofa for added sleeping capacity. The open concept living room / dining room / kitchen allows for great family get-togethers. There is a two level deck overlooking Kentucky Lake and the channel of the Tennessee River perfect for sitting, sunning, and watching the river traffic and beautiful sunsets over the water. The deck has a large propane grill for grilling while you enjoy the lake views. South of the cottage there is a fire pit on the lake side perfect to gather around and cook hot dogs and roast marshmellows. The covered front porch provides a nice valley view. There is also a carport for your car, truck or boat. There are four kayaks and a pedalboat to enjoy during your Kentucky Lake vacation. You will not want to leave!
High-speed fiber internet is provided, cell service is excellent allowing for 4G hotspot capability via your phone if needed. If you have a boat the easy ramp access in front of the cottage will be a real plus. If you desire to rent a boat there are 5 marinas/resorts within a 5 mile radius by water. If you need additional room for more people we also own another VRBO property, the Barge Inn. It is less than 50⁹⁹[0 feet away. The Barge Inn has 2 bdrms + a sleeper sofa & one bathroom. The Barge Inn is about 150' above the lake and provides fantastic views upriver and downriver.

We love it here. Very quiet location. I’ve stayed at a lot of places and this one is the best. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. Throwing distance from the lake and fishing is awesome. The hosts are fantastic.

Felt like home as soon as we walked in. Everything was clean and decorated very cute. We very much took advantage of the fishing, peddle boat and kayaks. Overall we had a great trip! Would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience. The Lakeside cottage had all the amenities that one would need. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we required. I rate it a 5 star VRBO.

House was beautiful and the view was creat. Hard to have small children to play with cliff and rough beach. Beach is rocks and not easily accessible with children
