About this house rental
Sea Glass Cottage is new and ready for your family. With 4 large and private bedrooms and 4 baths, our house will comfortably sleep 10 (max capacity,) and our home is equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing, stress-free get-away. You will be comfortable without feeling too close to others. Just bring your toothbrush! We are the closest house to the beach and community pool in Watersound West. Home provides two master king bedrooms- each with its own full bathroom, 32 inch flat screen TV's in three bedrooms. We hope you'll be one of the first to enjoy our updated home!
Some of the many features of our home: Home stereo plays your I-pod throughout the house. 7 bikes, 1 double child's bike trailer, and a beach cart are available AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE with the house for your use with helmets. We have a Wii with games for use in the main living area. Enjoying grilling out on our home's new gas grill all while taking in the scenic views from our cozy screened in porch!
WaterSound West Beach is the newest addition to the St. Joe Company's fabulous WaterSound community, a private, gated enclave at Seagrove Beach, between Destin and Panama City Beach. The expansive West Beach private pool is included and literally a 30 second walk from the front porch of our home. The pool cabana includes barbecue facilities, bathrooms with showers, and a large outdoor fireplace, perfect for cozy gatherings. Watersound West Beach is located south of Hwy 30-A, about 1.5 miles west of Water Sound.
Most importantly, Sea Glass Cottage is located just steps from the private boardwalk, which meanders to the beach via a lovely and easy 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride. *No stairs up or down to beach from house!* Beach crowding is never an issue on this secluded beach expanse. No high rise or condo congestion.
There is not a better location to spend time with family than Watersound West Beach. Wide boardwalks and neighborhood streets provide safe and scenic riding for all ages with very little traffic. Hop on the Hwy 30-A Scenic Corridor Bike Path for nearby destinations such as Seaside, Seagrove, and Rosemary Beach.
Just a few doors down from our home, Horseshoe Park will welcome a family game of horseshoes or simply lazing with a good book under the shade of a magnolia tree. Just steps from the front door, Puttering Park will help golfers hone their putting skills.
Community is gated with 24 hour security patrol.

We had an amazing family vacation. The house is lovely. The kids loved riding bikes around the neighborhood and playing in the beach & dune lake. The beach and pool is so much less crowded than other places we’ve stayed at.

We had a our second stay at Sea Glass cottage and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Definitely a great house for families and kiddos. The house is equipped with lots of beach items for use at the beach which made it easier to take stuff to the beach. We highly recommend.
