Phoenix X Unit 1205 - One bedroom Gulf front unit with king bed and a queen sofa sleeper that sleeps 4. This unit has one bath accessible to master and hall and a half bath in hallway. The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances, tiled backsplashes, granite counters, updated cabinets and seats four at table and two at bar.
Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!
Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.

Parking is paid separately to the Building's HOA through a VRPS web-link that will be emailed to you at least 24-48 hours before your arrival date. Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $60 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $70. There is a 2 vehicle maximum for 2-3 bedroom units. One bedroom units have a 1 vehicle maximum. Ike’s Beach Service is in charge of the tent space on the beach and guest can call them for a spot at

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.

Unit was clean. We purchased 3 more table knives due to only 2 being in the kitchen. Not sure who else may know, but the washer is so loud that we would only do laundry when we were leaving the unit. You could not hear anything with it on.

It is impossible to give one star, because the location and view are fantastic. It is equally impossible to give 5 stars (or 4 for that matter) because everything from the management company to the furniture screams mediocrity. If you would like to know how to access the property before you arrive, forget about it. You’ll get that info when you’re already in the parking lot and, if you message the host, they’ll reply with impersonal stock messages that might come from a bot. This is not a management company focused on a personal touch.Once in the room, you’ll notice that the furniture and appliances are from the last century. The kitchen is so poorly stocked, you’ll need to go buy salt and pepper and hand soap and, don’t bring that Opus One to celebrate an occasion, because the only wine glasses are plastic. As a bonus, the shower has a 9” step down to the slippery tile floor and the washing machine sounds like a damaged jet plane attempting to take off with one engine.I wouldn’t return, although another unit in this building might be worth a try. After traveling for some time and having stayed in numerous accommodations, I think I’ll look for ma and pa owners who actually care about their property and their guests.
