About this house rental
This is our most versatile and popular private home (4618 square feet; sleeps 18). 13 separate beds (2 Kings, 6 Queens, 2 Twins, +3 queen-size sleeper sofas, and 2 six-foot-long portable twin floor futons) in its 8 bedrooms and 3 living rooms (11 separate sleeping areas in total). Also has 5 baths. Situated on over an acre of land at the end of a secluded road (but just 500 yards from the main road into Keystone).
Newly renovated kitchens and baths with granite counters, tiled showers, and new cabinetry. Features large heated garage, stone fireplace, 7 flat screen TV's, pool table, foosball table, 2 washer/dryers on different floors, free WIFI, 2 large living rooms, family/game room, two kitchens (4 sinks/3 dishwashers/3 refrigerators/1 large wine cooler), and seated dining for large groups together in the same room--11 at the ten-foot dining room trestle table and 7 more at the kitchen eating bar. (If you prefer to spread out, you could seat 4 at a nearby game table, with additional tables for outdoor eating on the wrap-around deck.)
Outside there are 2 paved driveways, 3 large decks/patios (on different levels) with 5 tables, a large gas BBQ, and a private salt water hot tub (10' long tub--seats 10-12) which allows guests to enjoy a secluded mountain view, including the Keystone night skiing lights. Finally, we've added a new 12-seat fire pit area overlooking the hot tub and sledding hill.
Parking: Total of 6 CARS allowed: 2-car attached garage plus parking limit of 4 more cars in the two driveways. Please note the HOA prohibits oversized vehicles like trailers, campers, and RV's.

Amazing!! A great Thanksgiving was made possible with this property. We had 11 people, ages 9 - 80, for a week of skiing and just enjoying each other.This home was perfect! There are three levels, so each family had their own space which was very comfortable on all levels. Kitchen was 'over supplied' (never used that term), even a waffle maker. Hot tub was an ideal place to gather and relax,We have rented over 10 properties through VRBO, but this exceeded our expectations! We even enjoyed the first snow of the season, and surprise, the plow was there in the AM.Thanks for a great experience on all levels.
