Great downtown Guthrie location within walking distance to most everything you need or want to do. This upstairs apartment is over 2000 sf and features two living areas, a library, 2 bathrooms and beds for 6 guests. A formal dining room and completly stocked kitchen are great for cooking and entertaining. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There are skylights and beautiful windows, a deck overlooking a courtyard and a gas log fireplace.
It's the perfect place to enjoy the sights of historic Guthrie. Come downstairs and watch glassblowing or even sign-up to try it yourself.

Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. The owner makes everything special with snacks, yogurt and juice waiting in the fridge. The apartment is beautifully decorated with spectacular views of historic Guthrie and a Victorian garden. Walk to restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. The glass shop is remarkable! We enjoydd an amazing demonstration of glass art by our fabulous host!

We were in the area for family weekend at OSU but due to overcrowding in Stillwater had no choice but to stay in Guthrie. We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and charm of this little town. The apartment is in an excellent downtown location, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the property owner and neighbors were extremely hospitable. The apartment is located above an art gallery and is a well kept, older residence (beware the stairs for anyone mobility challenged). It has all the necessary amenities you would want when having an extended stay and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We would stay there again without hesitation!
