The apartment is in a residential facility so respect of the neighbors is required as is adherence to the community rules. Area regulations allow one rental every 90 days which provides some flexibility in the length of rental.

This place is perfect! My roommate and I stayed here for 3 months while we finished our externship for grad school. The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes to downtown. West Ashley is such a nice area and has everything you need within a few minute drive. The condo is in a very quiet complex which is great to walk around on nice days. The bedrooms were spacious and there was plenty of bedding provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and great to cook in. This is the perfect spot for anyone to stay short term or longer term like us! The owner was very easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommend.
