About this house rental
Big 3 bedroom house one mile from Hunter base lodge. One room has a king size bed, another has two queen beds, and the third has two twin beds. Wifi and TV with netflix, Amazon, disney +, etc. Tons of board games.
Down stairs bathroom was beautifully redone this year. We recently added a “rough” half bath upstairs. Its not completly finished but theres a sink and a toilet. Better than having to go to the first floor.
Living room has a huge flat screen tv, pellet stove fire place, a large L-shaped couch that pulls out into a bed.
Washer and Dryer in the basement
You will love staying here. The house has regular heat and a pellet stove that makes it so cozy.

Plenty of room for us and great location less than 5 min from the mountain. Frank is a great host and available all the time for any questions or suggestions about the area. Would definitely stay here for all future ski trips to Hunter mountain.

It was our second summer in this cozy house. We like everything about it. We enjoyed spacious bedrooms, convenient kitchen and new appliances. The house is located on a quiet street that is safe for kids. Back yard, front yard and two porches make everything you need for a wonderful summer.

This house is located so close to Hunter Mountain and the town. It was super easy to get around, and easy access to hikes and more. Frank was very accommodating and flexible to our plans. Definitely recommend for an easy hiking or skiing weekend house.

As a family with few kids from 4 to 11 years old, we were looking for a cozy house in a safe place. We got even more. Very nice, clean house far from main road but in a walking distance to all places that we love go to. And as a wonderful bonus two spacious lawns for kids to run a d play. The owner was nice and responsive, very attentive to our requests.
