Our property is in the 'Upper Narrows' section of the lake in Turtle Cove in the no-wake zone. It is peaceful and quiet compared to other sections of the lake.
House rents from Saturday - Saturday.
This is a very open lot with lots of sun during the day, all day long.
Check in is at 3pm on Saturday
Check out is at 10am the following Saturday
This is standard protocol for the local rental agencies for vacation properties.
CLEANING FROM 10AM-3PM BETWEEN EACH RENTER
Prior to July and after August I can make exceptions.
We prefer maximum of 8 overnight guests and 2 cars in the driveway.
Keywords: Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, enormous fenced in yard, outdoor fire pit, horse shoes, dock, garage, full modern kitchen, newer appliances, private beach, calm quiet cove, launch small boat from front yard, gradual entry to lake, shallow water, great for kids, dogs, all ages.

My son and I just returned home from our stay in Gray, Maine. Eric the homeowner was top notch. We have stayed in many places over the years but this place was by far our favorite. Only had one small issue and it was resolved in a matter of an hour or so. Eric was super friendly and very laid back. I felt like we were staying with an extended family member. Would certainly recommend Eric’s beautiful home!!

Great place to experience what Maine has to offer. Host is a local and very helpful when or if needed. Property was perfect for our needs.

Terrific place. Lots of stuff on property to do and lots to do in the area. Plenty of room for all and the fenced in yard was perfect. Kids were totally happy, too.Owner is nearby and super helpful, if needed.

I had high hopes for this house based on the listing, but our experience exceeded them. Marvelous all around! The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen (which we use a lot) very well equipped, and the backyard is a veritable playground, perfect when traveling with two ebullient kids. Having direct access to the water with a choice of canoe, kayaks, and more, with a dock the ideal swim away was relished. As for Eric, I’ve never encountered a host who was so easily contacted and helpful. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!
