This house is amazing! Great for large families or multiple families. It has 3 bedrooms, an office with a pullout, and a huge basement that sleeps 8 more! The house is in perfect condition. The location is perfect, one block from Orange Ave and walking distance to the beach! Any issues or problems you may have with the house are taken care of by Suzanne and the maintenance staff RIGHT AWAY!!!! The yard is a great plus also. This will be our third summer in a row staying at this house. It is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need or want!!!!
