Hammondsport Lake Front Home, is one mile from Hammondsport, this comfortable house is on Keuka Lakes West-Side. Property is located on waters edge. Perfect for a family or two, relax as you enjoy watching your children swim in a friendly lake front environment. Enjoy fishing in your own private dock while catching the sun from early morning to late afternoon.
The enchanting Finger Lakes region of western New York, World renowned for its production of award-winning wines, this natural wonderland offers one of the most visually stunning and peaceful getaways in the United States. This is an ideal spot for wine tasters we are within two miles of many wineries.
While inside enjoy the picturesque views of the water and the wooded rolling hills beyond. Our 3 bedroom house can comfortable sleep 6 people. The lower level of the house has a recreation room, bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. The upper level has a full kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with a Kingsize bed and a queen size bed plus a large double living room.
Outside our home has a large grass area for 'Sun Bathing' and dock which accommodate up to a 24 ft. boat.

* Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday, check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. No less than four night stay before June or after Labor Day. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made 30 or less prior to arrival date, full payment required.

Our recent stay at the cottage was perfect. From the moment we arrived Delia and Ed were welcoming and helpful in every way. The home was spotless, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The stunning lake views from the dock made sipping morning coffee and evening cocktail very relaxing. Loved the location and the Friday check in.

The hosts are wonderful people, helpful and friendly. The lakeside location is wonderful and great for jumping right in, lakeside lounging, and with a dock that was great for the boat we rented for part of our stay and fishing right off the dock. 5 minute drive to get into Hammondsport, and close to tons of wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, golf, etc. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately equipped, great BBQ grill outside, plenty of seating and a nice canopy area for shade. We had a great time staying here and didn't want to leave!

We’ve been coming to QKA for 10 years now as a family and due to crazy schedules I didn’t think we could make it happen this year. Thankfully, at the last minute I found some dates that would work for our party of 5 and booked this gem as quickly as I could.
First, the property. Minutes from Hammondsport and perfectly located on the west side of the lake. Close to everything, food, restaurants and entertainment. The house is exactly as described. Beautiful deck right on the lake, kayaks, water toys, you name it! In all the years we’ve come to QKA this house is by far my favorite.
Now, the host. Delia and Ed are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. We were greeted by them immediately and they helped us unload with their convenient elevator (the steps are pretty steep). Delia learned that my son was studying for a Spanish final, and she immediately offered to help him. She studying with him for about an hour…just so kind. Ed was delightful and chatted with us on and off through the weekend. Though the owners do live next door they are not at all intrusive, but they are there should you need something.
The house, the owners, the location was all simply perfect and we had a great last minute vacation.
Do yourself a favor and book this place fast!!! You will not regret it.
